Objective: To analyze fulminant myocarditis(FMC),including the clinical manifestation,auxiliary examination,diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Combining the representative case of fulminant myocarditis(FMC),search former literatures and analyze this disease.Conclusion:Pediatric fulminant myocarditis(FMC)is defined as an acute severe myocardial inflammatory disease that can lead to abnormal cardiac structure and function.In addition to it can lead to cell damage and apoptsis.The onset of the child is rapid and the condition progresses extremely rapidly.Hemodynamic abnormalities,severe arrhythmias,A-S Syndrome episodes,and respiratory failure and hepatorenal failure occur very quickly.The early mortality is extremely high.The clinical manifestations are often atypical,and most of them are manifested as initial symptoms,which are difficult to identify and easy to misdiagnose and misdiagnose.If they can be identified quickly and given timely treatment,most of the children’s heart function can be fully restored with minimal sequelae.
