Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Daqing Urban Community Health Services

Urban community health service is an important part of basic medical and health service in China.It is an important guarantee for equalization of medical and health services for all urban residents,and it is an important content related to the fair and stable society and harmonious development.After years of development,the health service community of Daqing city has begun to take shape.However,with the rapid economic and social development and urban residents on the growing demand for public health services,the existing urban community health service system of Daqing City also appeared a series of problems,such as high-quality medical resources are too concentrated in large hospitals,community health service utilization is low,poor community health services,"expensive medical treatment and difficult medical treatment" problem is still obvious.Therefore,how to establish a more perfect community public health service system,to develop more realistic community public health service policy,give full play to the role of community public health services,has become an urgent problem of public health service of the Daqing City.Firstly,this paper collects the documents of community health service in Daqing city,and investigates the present situation and development of the community health service institutions by the method of questionnaire investigation of Daqing city residents of the city community health service utilization and satisfaction.Secondly,according to the development situation of Daqing city community health service and the results of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Daqing city community health service,and analyzes of Daqing city community health service is the cause of the problem.Finally,based on the analysis and reference of the development model of foreign community health service,the countermeasures and suggestions of reform and improvement of Daqing community health service is put forward from five aspects of health resources,that is,regulation construction,classification treatment system medical insurance system,medical personnel training and supervision of publicity,consistent with the situation of Daqing Road community health development.In this paper,through the full study and elaboration of urban community health service in Daqing City,this paper has a certain theoretical supplement significance to the research field of urban community health service,which enriches the existing research to a certain extent.At the realistic level,the research of this paper can provide reference for the reform and decision-making of public health cause in Daqing City,which is helpful to alleviate the practical problems such as "expensive medical treatment and difficult medical treatment" and further develop and perfect the community health service business of Daqing City.
