A Comparison Of Oxycodone And Sufentanil In Patient-Controlled Postoperative Analgesia After Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

Objective: To observe the effectiveness,safety and satisfaction of oxycodone injection and sufentanil after laparoscopic hysterectomy use the method of patient-controlled postoperative analgesia by vein.Methods: Eighty patients who require patient-controlled postoperative analgesia by vein after laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups.Oxycodone injection(O)group and sufentanil injection(S)group,fourty cases in each group.Both groups received opioid 0.1mg/kg oxycodone or 0.1?g/kg sufentanil 30 min before the end of surgery.After the operation,both groups received pain control via PCIA(100ml,1mg/ml oxycodone or 1?g/ml sufentanil)with a bolus dose of 1ml,a lock-out interval of 5 min,a rate of 0.5ml/h background infusion.Pain scores(VAS at rest and when coughing)were recorded at 2,6,12,24,48 h after the end of the surgery.Requirement for rescue analgesic,the number of the number of attempts,the unsuccessfully delivered dose,and the level of patient's satisfaction were recorded within 48 h after operation.The adverse events like postoperative nausea,vomiting,itching and sedation were also recorded.Results: VAS at rest and when coughing at T1~T4 were significantly lower in group O than in group S(P<0.05).The number of the unsuccessfully delivered dose and attempts were also significantly lower in group O than in group S(P<0.05).The level of patient's satisfaction were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significantly difference in the requirement for rescue analgesic and the adverse events.Conclusion: PCIA with oxycodone hydrochloride injection was more potent than sufentanil for patient's after laparoscopic hysterectomy.And the higher level of patient's satisfaction.
