Objective: To evaluate the effect of nalbuphine in abdominal hysterectomy postoperative intravenous analgesia effect and adverse reactions. Methods: 80 patients with abdominal hysterectomy,ASA ⅠorⅡ level, were randomly divided into two groups. Nalbuphine group(40 cases) and control group in which sufentanil group(40cases),line of self-control vein analgesia(PCIA).Experimental group(40 cases) of drugs in the analgesia pump : the nalbuphine100 mg of diluted with saline water to 100 ml,backgroud infusion2ml/h,patient controlled analgesia(PCA) 2ml,locking time 20 min.Control group(40 cases)of drugs in the analgesia pump : the sufentanil 100 μg of diluted with saline water to 100 ml,backgroud infusion 2ml/h,patient controlled analgesia(PCA) 2ml,locking time20 min.Assessment after 2h、4h、8h、12h、24h level of pain, record adverse reactions.RESULTS: No significant differences of the pain score(VAS)were found between patients in both groups at 2h and 4h after surgery, but Nalbuphine group had a lower score at 8h、12h and24 h after the surgery, experimental group had less adverse reaction. Conclusion: Nalbuphine in abdominal hysterectomypostoperative patient controlled intravenous analgesia, with fewer asverse reactions, is a good option for abdominal hysterectomy postoperative patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)...
