Comparison Of The Curative Effcet Of Cystostomy Nephrolithotomy With Pneumatic Lithotripsy And Urethra Cystoscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy For The Treatment Of Bladder Stones

Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of cystospasm nephrolithotomy with pneumatic lithotripsy(nephroscope)and transurethral cystoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy(cystoscopy)for the treatment of bladder stones.Methods: In this study,94 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones were randomly divided into a renal telescope group(50 cases)and a cystoscopy group(44 cases).The gravel time,the first-stage stone clearance rate and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two surgical procedures.Results:1.Comparison of lithotripsy time between nephroscope group and cystoscope group: 31.06±4.4 min in nephroscope group and 40.41±2.8min in cystoscopy group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);total operation time was compared: nephroscope group was 112.46±8.90 min,the cystoscopy group was 117.48±7.50 min.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the electrocution time,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The clearance rate of stone in one stage of nephroscope group was100% and that of cystoscopy group was 88.64%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities was 0% in the nephroscope group and 9.1% in the cystoscopy group;there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.There were 2 cases of urinary tract infections and 2 cases of bladder spasm after operation in the nephroscope group,6 cases of cystoscopy group complicated with urinary tract infection,3 cases of bladder spasm,and 1 case of open surgery.There was no significant difference in postoperative bladder spasm,transit opening,and urinary tract infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:For the treatment of multiple or large bladder(diameter>2cm),bladder lithotripsy under pneumatic lithotripsy for lithotripsy is more advantageous than transurethral cystoscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy.
