The mechanism of hepatitis B and C virus infection is complex.Innate immune disorder is one of the important mechanisms.Natural killer cells G2 family-mediated NK cell activity in innate immunity is a research hotspot in recent years. However, there is no uniform about hepatitis B and C virus infection. Here is a conclusion, which can provide the basis for clinical effective prevention and regulatiom of the chronic viral liver disease.NKG2 family is an important functional receptor of NK cell, belonging to C lectin like receptor, which need to bind with its respective ligands.According to the different functions of NK cells,it can be divided into activated receptors and inhibitory receptors. At present,NKG2 A,NKG2C,NKG2 D,are widely studied, which play the important role in clearing up pathogens,anti-tumor,and regulating the immune response.A number of studies showed that hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus can affect the expression of NKG2,which may lead to the immune liver inflammation, liver fibrosis and abnormal proliferation of cells, suggesting that NKG2 mediated NK cells may play an important the role in liver pathological injury; After drug treatment we can detect the change of NKG2.we may conclude that the drug can regulate NK cell function through affecting the NKG2 family. Therefore,a further understanding of the role of NKG2 receptor mediated NK cell activation after viral infection is of great value to explore the immunomodulation strategy of viral liver disease, improve the efficacy of antiviral response, and ultimately delay or even prevent the progression of liver disease.
