Objective:To investigate the expression of DLC-3 in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)and to analyze the correlation between its expression and the clinical and pathophysiological parameters of TNBC.Methods:1.150 breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from 2012 to 2016 were selected to search for its breast cancer tissues and their corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues.The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of DLC-3 in 150 cases of breast cancer tissues and their corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues.2.The statistical analysis method was used to determine the correlation between DLC-3 gene expression and molecular markers(ER,PR,Ki67 positive rate,HER-2)and pathophysiological parameters(tumor size,age,menopausal status,TNM staging,vascular tumor embolus,lymph node metastasis and histological grade)of breast cancer.3.Seeking 100 cases of triple-negative breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from 2012 to 2016 were selected to search for its breast cancer tissues and their corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues.The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of DLC-3 in 100 cases of triple negative breast cancer tissues and their corresponding corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues.4.The statistical analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between its expression and the clinical and pathophysiological parameters of TNBC such as tumor size,age,menopausal status,TNM staging,vascular tumor embolus,lymph node metastasis and histological grade in triple-negative breast cancer.Results:1.The expression of DLC-3 in breast cancer tissue samples and corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues samples from 150 cases breast cancer patients was as follows:in breast cancer tissues,the positive expression rate of DLC-3 was 35%and in corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues the rate was 54%.The SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis of this data.According to the survey,we find that?~2=10.576P=0.001<0.05,we can see that the difference between them were statistically significant.It can be considered that the expression of DLC-3 in breast cancer tissue samples was lower than pericarcinomatous tissues.2.Statistical methods were used to analyze the correlation between some markers and DLC-3 gene expression in 150 breast cancer tissue samples.According to the survey,the results showed that in breast cancer tissues,DLC-3 gene was related to the patient's molecular typing,that is,the expression of DLC-3 in triple negative breast cancer and non-negative breast cancer was different,the difference was statistically significant(?~2=3.932,P=0.047<0.05).The expression of this tumor suppressor gene is related to the HER-2,histological grade and lymph node metastasis(?~2=3.999~4.836,P<0.05).At the same time,the DLC-3 expression was independent of ER,PR,Ki67,patient's age,tumor size,menopausal status,TNM staging and vascular tumor thrombosis(?~2=0.000~2.103,P>0.05).3.The expression of DLC-3 in 100 cases of TNBC tissues and their corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues was as follows:In the samples of TNBC tissues,the positive expression rate of DLC-3 gene was 32%and the positive expression rate was 55%in corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues.The SPSS 20.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data.According to the survey,we find that?~2=10.762,P=0.001<0.05,we can see that the difference was considered statistically significant.It can be considered that the expression rate of DLC-3 gene in TNBC tissues was lower than pericarcinomatous tissues.4.Statistical methods were used to to analyze the correlation between its expression and the clinical and pathophysiological parameters of TNBC.After analysis,the results showed DLC-3 expression is correlated with the patient's age,histological grade and lymph node metastasis(?~2=3.929~5.587,P<0.05).By the way,DLC-3 expression is independent of tumor size,menopausal status,vascular tumor thrombosis and TNM staging(?~2=0.008~0.367,P>0.05).Conclusion:In breast cancer tissues,we find that the expression of DLC-3 gene was lower than corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues,the expression of this tumor suppressor gene is related to the HER-2,histological grade,lymph node metastasis,but independent of ER,PR,Ki67,patient's age,tumor size,menopausal status,TNM staging and vascular tumor thrombosis.Its expression in TNBC was lower than their corresponding pericarcinomatous tissues,showed down-regulation or lack of in breast cancer.Finally,the expression of this tumor suppressor gene in TNBC is related to the patient's age,histological grade and lymph node metastasis.But it was independent of tumor size,menopausal status,vascular tumor thrombosis and TNM staging.
