China's automobile production logistics operations mainly manual transport operations,mostly labor intensive,low degree of automation,there are many risk factors for Occupational Musculoskeletal Disorders(OMSD).OMSD is a serious threat to employees' health,work ability and quality of life,and it can also cause many occupational diseases.The existing OMSD evaluation methods are mostly derived from different fields and industries abroad,and the results are not the same.The evaluation of OMSD in China is mostly laboratory measurement or direct application of foreign methods.At present,there are few researches on OMSD evaluation of manual transport workers in automobile production logistics operation.To this end,this paper aims to introduce a relatively effective OMSD evaluation method for the logistics operation of automobile production,and improve it on the basis of the current situation of the industry.The field evaluation results can provide a basis for improving workers' working environment,so as to provide reasonable prevention for OMSD hazards in vehicle production and logistics operations and reduce occupational safety accidents.In this paper,through theoretical review,the existing OMSD self rating method,observation method,direct measurement method were analyzed,that the rapid upper limb observation method in evaluation method(RULA)is ideal;using this method to evaluate the automobile production logistics operation,evaluation results show that the main four types of posture the action level did not reach no need to improve the level of hazard or light or heavy,it is necessary to evaluate so OMSD on the industry;combining OMSD influence factors and it has been shown that the automobile production logistics industry status,to construct the RULA-AL scale,RULA scale based on the increase of temperature and the moving distance,the noise and vibration of the tool four factors;AHP to determine the weights of these four factors,the temperature and the moving distance as The leading factors,the use of noise and vibration tools as additional factors,and their scoring criteria were determined by experimental methods.Then,the RULA-AL scale was applied to evaluate four job types of automobile production logistics operation.The interviewer reliability,retest reliability and calibration validity of RULA-AL were tested,and the results showed that it had high reliability and good validity.The statistical score each item on the evaluation results,the distribution characteristics of OMSD were analyzed in four types,the results showed that there were difference in different types of each item score,total score according to the evaluation results show that the industry operation action is AL3,need to be improved,there is a risk of musculoskeletal injury;based on the above research.This paper analysis procedures from the improvement of operation method,reduce the number of SPS sorting operations moving distance and action,from the operation of the tool of improving design of the multi-functional hydraulic power logistics vehicles and material conveying vehicle wiring harness hook to eliminate the risk factors of OMSD,and puts forward the method of administrative management,to carry out health education and training the establishment of occupation safety and medical team to manage the employee to prevent OMSD.
