Objective: To understand the psychosocial influencing factors of post-traumatic stress disorder after stroke.Methods:1.The object of research: A total of 145 subjects who met the stroke inclusion criteria were selected from a tertiary hospital from November 2016 to May 2017.2.The tools of research: General information questionnaire,Modified Barthel Index Rating Scale(MBI),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Screening Scale Civilian Version(PCL-C),Simple Coping Style Scale(SCSQ),Social Support Scale(SSRS),and Eysenck personality Questionnaire-R Short Scale.3.The implementation process: 145 cases of stroke patients who were eligible for stroke were screened, and the general Data questionnaire was collected 1 weeks after stroke.Modified Barthel Index Rating Scale,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Screening Scale Civilian Version(PCL-C),Simple Coping Style Scale(SCSQ),Social Support Scale(SSRS),Eysenck personality Questionnaire-R Short Scale. On the 30 th day after stroke,on the 60 th day and on the 90 th day,all subjects were followed up.Follow-up evaluation of PCL-C questionnaire,if the patient score is higher than 38 points,a psychiatric examination is performed to determine whether it is PTSD.4.Statistical analysis: A database was established and processed using SPSS20.0 statistical software, analysis of variance and c2 test, and logistic regression analysis. All tests are two-sided tests with ? = 0.05 as the test level.Result:1.The incidence of posttraumatic stress disorder after stroke is about 11.7%;2.Age was negatively correlated with PTSD after stroke;3.The PTSD group modified Barthel score was significantly lower than the non-PTSD group(P<0.05);4.PTSD group NHISS scale score was significantly higher than non-PTSD group(P <0.05);5.The score of SSRS scale in PTSD group was significantly lower than that in non-PTSD group(P<0.001);6.The difference in coping styles between PTSD group and non-PTSD group was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.There was no significant difference between the E scales of the PTSD group and the non-PTSD group in the EPQ-RS scale(P>0.05).There were differences between the N scale,P scale and the non-PTSD group in the EPQ-RS scale of the PTSD group was statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.Age,damage degree of daily living ability, impaired neurological function at the time of onset are the factors affecting PTSD after stroke;2.Personality characteristics, social support, and coping styles are the psychosocial factors that affect the occurrence of PTSD after stroke.
