| Objective Through establishing acute ischemic stroke model,to explore the behavioral effect of Zhong Feng Xing Nao liquid on acute ischemic stroke and its protective effect on blood-brain barrier.Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operated group(Sham operation group)、Acute ischemic stroke group(Model group)、Acute ischemic stroke + Zhong Feng Xing Nao liquid group(60Ml/kg/day)(Drug group).The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by using silicone bag by wire-plug inserting line to block the left middle cerebral artery,blocking90 min after pulling out the line suppository and realizing reperfusion.The behavioral changes of rats were observed at different points of time,and after reperfusion of H,the percentage of cerebral infarct area and hemisphere swelling in rats were calculated by 2,3,5--triazole staining.The pathological changes of brain tissue in rats were observed by hematoxylin-Eosin staining method.The changes of the sub microstructure of the blood-brain barrier in each group were observed by transmission electron microscope,and the permeability of the blood-brain barrier was evaluated by determining the percentage of brain water content and the amount of Evans Blue exudation.Results Compared with the model group,the drug group after the treatment of cerebral apoplexy,the model animal behavior can be significantly improved,the muscle strength of the model animal could be improved,the area of cerebral infarction and the swelling of the hemisphere caused by acute ischemic stroke could obviously reduce the ischemic pathological change,obviously decrease the brain water content,Evans Blue exudation,protect the blood-brain barrier of the sub-microscopic structure.Conclusion Zhong Feng Xing Nao liquid can alleviate the damage of blood-brain barrier caused by acute ischemic stroke from structure and function.Zhong Feng Xing Nao liquid has obvious protective effect on nerve function of acute ischemic stroke. |
