Clinical Study Of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid In Treating Recovery Stage Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke in the period of recovery,the data were statistically analyzed and its therapeutic effect on the recovery period of ischemic stroke was evaluated.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2018,70 patients with ischemic stroke in the period of recovery who met the inclusion criteria will be treated in the emergency department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM.According to the principle of randomized and controlled design,35 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group are depressed.The control group is a routine treatment group of Western medicine.The treatment is based on the treatment of the control group plus Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid for 3 months.The recurrence rate,total effective rate,disability function score(mRS score),limb function(BI score,NIHSS score),cognitive function(MMSE score),post-stroke depression(HAMD score)and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.57%,and that of the control group was 60.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment for 1,2 and 3 months,TCM syndrome score,mRS score,BI score,NIHSS score,MMSE score and HAMD score of the experimental group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment for 2 or 3 months,TCM syndrome score,mRS score,BI score,NIHSS score,MMSE score and HAMD score in the control group were statistically significant compared with those before treatment.After treatment for 1,2 and 3 months,the differences in TCM syndrome score,mRS score,BI score,NIHSS score,MMSE score and HAMD score between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).During the treatment and follow-up for half a year,the recurrence rates of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: In the recovery period of treating ischemic stroke,Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid combined with basic Western medicine treatment is more effective than simple western medicine treatment,which can improve the total effective rate,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the TCM syndrome score,limb function,cognitive function,post-stroke depression,disability degree,and the effect time is fast,and the safety is good.
