Needle Acupuncture Therapy With Finger The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:Observation acupuncture with acupuncture therapy with finger the clinicalcurative effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,and discussed its mechanism,to provide better clinical treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.Methods:By adopting the method of stochastic parallel controlled trial,will be included in the standard of 64 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture point with finger)and control group(simple acupuncture),treatment group with the method of acupuncture point with finger,including acupuncture for the wind pool point of filiform needle acupuncture,wind cave and bilateral clip ridge(C5-C7),One finger to point to:(1)with method to stimulate the du meridian(from gv 16 hole until the da-zhui acupuncture point)and foot shaoyang bile(from the wind pool until shoulder hole hole hole);(2)in order to the wind hole,the wind pool hole to dip method.In the control group by simple acupuncture,selection of acupuncture points and operating method,the same as the treatment group.Two groups of treatment once a day,7 times for a period of treatment,treatment 2 days’ rest,again under a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Were observed before and after treatment were the evaluation scale for cervical vertigo symptom and function of the integral and TCD examination LVA(Vm),RVA(Vm),BA(Vm)index changes.Results:1.Two groups of patients in terms of age and gender,P > 0.05,shows that two groups of patients with baseline is consistent,comparable.Two groups of patients in the course of the disease,the symptoms and function assessment scale total score,LVA,RVA and BA,P > 0.05,shows that the consistency and comparability of two groups of patients.2.Treatment group before and after treatment,the symptoms and function assessment scale total score,LVA,RVA and BA,P < 0.05,suggesting that the treatment groupcan obviously improve the symptom of the patients with functional,bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity on average.3.Control group before and after treatment,the symptoms and function assessment scale total score and BA,P < 0.05,suggesting that the control can obviously improve the symptom of the patients with average function,basal artery blood flow velocity;In the LVA,RVA,P > 0.05,shows that the control group in improving patients with vertebral artery blood flow to the average speed is not obvious.4.After the treatment,the treatment group and control group in the symptom and function assessment scale total score,LVA,RVA,BA,P < 0.05,suggesting that the treatment group in improving the patient’s symptoms and function,the LVA,RVA,BA is better than that in control group.5.Treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%,total effective rate was 63.33%,the control group,P < 0.05,suggesting that overall curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Needle with a finger with acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis curative effect is distinct,better than simple acupuncture treatment,can better improve dizziness and headache symptoms in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,improve their quality of life,and easy to operate,is worth in clinical promotion and application.2.Finger point by pressing the rubbing method to stimulate the du meridian,foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian to stimulate the bullishness of role and dip method to stimulate the wind mansion hole hole,wind pool in order to reduce or eliminate the oppression of atlanto-axial section of vertebral artery,and cooperate with the acupoint specificity and the common role of acupuncture itself,increasing the average blood flow velocity of the vertebral artery and basilar artery,improve the blood supply of vertebral artery and basilar artery,relieve the CSA patients clinical symptoms such as dizziness.
