Study On Influence Factors Of Efficacy Exertion Of Siwu Decoction And Its Class

Objective : to preliminarily study influence factors like dose,dosage form,compatibility,usage of efficacy exertion of Siwu decoction.Methods: The study is mainly based on prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine dictionary written by Peng Huairen editor-in-chief,combined with the Chinese medical recipe class(including 146 prescription books of previous dynasties).The selected prescriptions conclude rehmannia glutinosa,angelica sinensis,radix paeoniae alba,ligusticum wallichii as the basic strdard.Dose analysis is also considered.There are 509 prescriptions selected in the books.The materials in accordance with the sequence name,dose,dosage form,the source,the major function,the form,the effect,the usage put in the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform software to analyze frequency in order to study the influence factors of efficacy exertion of Siwu decoction.Result : compatibility is the most important factor in efficacy exertion of Siwu decoction,mainly manifested in three aspects:strengthening the original prescriptions’ effect,altering the original prescriptions ’ effect,adding new effect.The top eight compatibility herbs with Siwu decoction are:tonify deficiency herbs,heating-clearing herbs,blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herbs,exterior-releasing herbs,interiorwarming herbs,Qi-activating herbs.Siwu decoction are often compatibility of herbs like ginseng,atractylodes macrocephala koidz,astragalus membranaceus,cinnamon,radix achyranthis bidentatae,saposhnicovia divaricata,etc.Dose is also one of the influence factors of efficacy exertion of Siwu decoction,mainly in the amount of use of the four herbs to nourish yin blood,reuse of radix rehmanniae preparata to reinforce kidney to replenish essence,reuse of angelica sinensis to nourish blood and promote blood circulation and regulate the menstrual function,reuse of rasix paeoniae alba to nourish yin and blood and relieve pain,reuse of ligusticum wallichii to invigorate the circulation of blood.Dosage form and usage mainly make influence on the strength of Siwu decoction.Conclusion: compatibility is the most important factor in efficacy exertion of Siwu decoction,at the same time,dose,dosage form,usage also exert effect on it.In conclusion,efficacy exertion is a comprehensive result of several factors working together.
