ObjectiveThis paper analyzes the practical ability connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine professionals,including basic medical and health institutions’ skills needs for the professionals of TCM,and the connotation of practical ability that reflected in Sichuan rural health service needs.Explore the problems and deficiencies in the practice teaching system of rural order oriented Chinese medicine.Found the problems from many links and many angles,such as experimental courses,practice teaching and graduation practice,students,schools and practice teaching bases.Based on demand oriented and problem oriented,explore scientific and practical practice teaching system of rural order oriented Chinese medicine,to improve the training quality of rural order directional professionals of TCM,and enhance service ability of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods1.Documentary analysis method:By collecting and analyzing the data to summarize the main direction of this paper and identify the main content of this paper,at the same time provide some suggestions for the design of the questionnaire.2.Questionnaire survey: Through the questionnaire survey to understand basic medical and health institutions’ skills needs for the professionals of TCM,and found the problems and deficiencies in the practice teaching system of rural order oriented Chinese medicine.3.Interviews: Through interviews with medical staff,teachers and rural order oriented Chinese medicine students to understand the problems of practice teaching system.4.Statistical analysis: using SPSS19.0 for descriptive statistics and IPA analysis.5.IPA analysis: This method is used to compare the importance and satisfaction of the content in practice teaching,and determine the main content of the practice teaching reform.Results1.Analysis on the practical ability connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine professionals.The basic medical and health institutions pay more attention to the basic medical service ability of the traditional Chinese medicine professionals.Sichuan rural residents suffer from circulatory system,respiratory system,musculoskeletal and connective tissue,and digestive system diseases,as well as digestive system disease is higher than other systems.Hypertension,acute and chronic gastroenteritis,rheumatoid arthritis,intervertebral disc disease and other diseases is higher in rural residents in Sichuan region.The students of rural order oriented Chinese medicine need to focus on the expertise of the above systems and diseases,as well as conventional diagnosis and treatment techniques.2.Explore the problems and deficiencies in the practice teaching system of rural order oriented Chinese medicine.These questions include:(1)The students of rural order oriented Chinese medicine for the practice teaching satisfaction is low.(2)The experiment course is given priority to validation experiments,practice teaching schedule need to be adjusted.(3)The practice teaching management is loose,and the teaching effect is not ideal.(4)The hospital practice lack of normative and practice effect is not optimistic.(5)Community practice effect is poor,the students to the community practice recognition is not high.(6)The rural order oriented Chinese medicine students’ clinical ability needs to be improved.(7)Practice teaching base meets the requirements of practical teaching,but it still needs to be strengthened.3.Based on demand oriented and problem oriented,this paper provides some suggestions for the optimization of the rural order directional TCM professional practice teaching system.(1)Establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism to meet the needs of the grassroots.(2)Emphasizing on public health services and basic medical service ability.(3)Promoting the reform of experimental courses,emphasizing the experimental courses about body system and disease.(4)Selecting some appropriate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine,and puting these technologies into practice teaching system.(5)Step by step to improve the degree of satisfaction,optimize practice teaching content with higher degree of importance and lower satisfaction.(6)Strengthening the teaching management,developing guidance documents and assessment system.(7)Strengthening the graduation practice,enhance the students’ clinical ability.(8)Strengthening the management of the experimental teaching center,enhance the effect of practical teaching.(9)Different practice teaching link focuses on the cultivating of different abilities,to effectively improve teaching effect.(10)Cooperate and safeguard the rights and interests of interns.conclusionThis paper is based on the demand oriented and problem oriented,through the investigation of basic medical and health institutions of traditional Chinese medicine personnel skill requirements,and analysis of the rural residents of the disease spectrum,understand the connotation of practical ability of basic TCM professionals.Based on the rural order directed medical students were investigated on experimental teachers,teaching hospital staff interviews,summarize the current the rural order directed TCM professional practice system problems,and understand the reasons of the problem.According to the connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine professionals,and the problems in the practice teaching system of rural order oriented Chinese medicine,provides some suggestions for the optimization of the rural order directional TCM professional practice teaching system.
