Since 2010,in response to the requirements of the Yunnan Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission,Kunming Medical University has taken charge of order-oriented training for general health professionals in order to meet the needs of economic,social and health development in Yunnan Province.The main purpose of this model is to explore the training mode of general medical talents that combines comprehensive preventive health care,diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation,and health management,Focus on cultivating the “good quality,strong ability,meets the needs of healing,and understands the prevention” “ Can go to the grassroots,be eligible for appointment,stay on guard” that meets the needs of the primary health service units.More than 7 years later,there have been 3 batches of more than 380 orders graduating general medical students graduated and went to the contracted grassroots health institutions to start work.Through this research,through this research,through questionnaires,literature review,comparative analysis and other methods,this kind of grass-roots-oriented general training model for talents includes resources investment,social identification,personnel training standards,teachers,students,training base,assessment system and The audience satisfaction and other aspects discuss their effectiveness,find out the problems that exist,and explore solutions to problems based on advanced theories and experiences at home and abroad.Through this study,it is found that the effectiveness of Yunnan’s order-oriented general medicine talent training model is mainly reflected in the solution to the shortage of general practitioners in Yunnan Province and the lack of stable training channels and mechanisms.The model is limited by geographical,economic and resource factors,and sacrifices the professionalism and high quality requirements for personnel training in general medicine in terms of students,teachers,training and assessment standards,and training base construction.In order to solve the problems existing in Yunnan’s order-oriented generic medicine training model,this paper suggests that policy support should be increased and social resources should be jointly established;social propaganda and encouragement should be increased to increase the sense of identity of general medical personnel;Construction can learn from Australia’s apprenticeship system,increase the number of teachers and professionalism;recruit high-quality students by positively attracting rather than opposing pressure;increase the number of colleges and universities for talent cultivation;expand teaching bases to more grass-roots level;Appraisal and certification system,qualified individuals receive general practitioner qualifications and receive continuing education;strengthen the humanistic qualities,combined with the characteristics of Chinese medicine to increase audience satisfaction. |
