Objective Observe the effect of adding probiotics to the bismuth quadruple for the treatment of Hp,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of probiotics in the treatment of Hp.Methods This study selected 200 Hp-positive patients who were diagnosed with chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer in the outpatient department of Gastroenterology Department of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital and Ningxia Medical University General Hospital Cardio-Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital from October 2019 to December 2020,They received gastroscopy and/or pathological examination due to upper gastrointestinal symptoms. Two bismuth quadruples were used as the control group(group A,group B),and the combination of probiotics was used as the observation group(group C,group D),with 50 cases in each of the four groups.Group A: use a quadruple therapy;group B: use another quadruple therapy;group C: add probiotics on the basis of group A;group D: add probiotics on the basis of group B.The course of treatment was 14 days, and peptic ulcer was taken orally with esomeprazole for 2 to 4 weeks. The adverse reactions and symptoms of the patients in each group were followed up,13C-UBT was rechecked 4 weeks after the drug was stopped, and all the observation results were recorded and counted.Compare the efficacy of each group of patients. Results 1.Hp eradication rate: 200 patients were enrolled in this study,190 completed the test, and 168 were eradicated.According to ITT analysis, the Hp eradication rate in each group was 82.00% in group A,84.00% in group B,84.00% in group C,and 86.00% in group D.There was no significant difference among the four groups(P>0.05);according to PP analysis,it was 85.42% in group A,91.30% in group B,85.71% in group C,91.49% in group D,there was no significant difference among the four groups(P>0.05).2.The incidence of adverse reactions: the total incidence of adverse reactions in each group: 38.0% in group A,44.0% in group B,18.0% in group C,and 22.0% in group D.There are significant differences between the four groups(P<0.05);Compared with each adverse reactions, there was no significant difference among the four groups(P>0.05).Comparing the incidence of total adverse reactions in pairs, the probiotic group(group C,group D)is lower than the corresponding quadruple group(group A,group B),and there are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Clinical symptom relief: the clinical symptom scores of each group before treatment were: group A 5.10±1.09,group B 5.06±1.25,group C 5.02±1.20,group D 5.12±1.08,there was no significant difference between the four groups(P>0.05);The clinical symptom scores after treatment were: 3.16±0.87 in group A,3.20±0.88 in group B,2.58±0.73 in group C,and 2.66±0.87 in group D.All four groups decreased after treatment compared to before treatment, and there were significant differences before and after treatment in the same group(P<0.05);In addition, there are significant differences between the four groups after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment, the probiotic group(group C,group D)is lower than the corresponding quadruple group(group A,group B),there are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Probiotics combined with bismuth quadruple therapy compared with bismuth quadruple therapy did not increase the Hp eradication rate.2.Probiotics combined with bismuth quadruple therapy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during H.pylori treatment, with higher safety.3.Probiotics combined with bismuth quadruple therapy compared with bismuth quadruple therapy is more helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
