| Objective:To investigate the relationship between dialysis age and serum calcium, serum phosphorus and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD),and to investigate the status of serum calcium, serum phosphorus and i PTH in patients with CAPD in Department of Renal Medicine, first Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. Methods:From December 2013 to December 2017,161 patients who had been treated with CAPD for more than 3 months in the Department of Renal Medicine, first Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, were retrospectively analyzed.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,82 patients were included. The BMI index was calculated by recording the general indexes such as gender, age, height, weight, primary disease, age of dialysis, etc.According to the age of dialysis, the patients were divided into three groups: group A(dialysis age 3 months ~ 1 year),group B(dialysis age 1~3 years)and group C(dialysis age > 3 years).Serum creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen bun(BUN),serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P),intact parathyroid hormone(i PTH),hemoglobin(Hb)were detected in three groups.Laboratory indexes such as Hb,ALB,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,C-reactive protein(CRP),and so on.The product of(Ca×P)was calculated.Results:1.There were 31 patients in group A,31 patients in group B,and 20 patients in group C.There were no significant differences in sex, age, height, body weight and BMI index among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.Hemodialysis patients were divided into three groups according to dialysis age.The results showed that there were significant differences in serum phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus product iPTHs,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, hemoglobin and serum albumin levels between the three groups(P < 0.05).The levels of triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were not significantly different(P > 0.05).3.Serum phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus product,iPTH,blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen level gradually increased with the age of dialysis, and hemoglobin, the level of blood albumin gradually decreased with the age of dialysis.4.In 82 patients with CAPD,the rate of reaching the standard of serum calcium and phosphorus was 70.7 and 52.4%,respectively.The percentage of patients with 30.5%of the patients whose blood phosphorus was higher than the target value was 28.0% and22.0% of the patients whose serum phosphorus was higher than the target value was28.0%.Conclusion:The disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism is common in CAPD patients, which is characterized by high serum phosphorus, high PTH,high calcium and phosphorus product, and it is aggravated with the prolongation of dialysis age. |
