Clinical Observation The Curative Effect Of Quality Of Life Of Sanzi Wendan Decoction On The Treat Of Phlegm Wet Aggregates Type Lung Cough Variant Asthma

ObjectiveIt is writing to observe the clinical effect and its impact on the quality of life with the Sanzi Wendan decoction treating phlegm wet aggregates of lung in patients with cough variant asthma.MethodsThe 60 patients with cough variant asthma which were in accordance with the inclusive criteria were divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each according to the proportion of 1:1 Adopt method of random by SPASS software.Control group was treated by montelukast,treatment group on the basis of this combined with the Sanzi Wendan decoction,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of both groups LCQ integral change,the changes of the Chinese medicine symptom integral and lung function of bronchial provocation tests results were observed after treatment.Results1.The difference in the two groups in age,gender,The course of the disease and LCQ integral,TCM symptoms integral was no significant difference(P>0.05),it is of comparative.2.The quality of life assessment:The LCQ integral,the regional integral and total integral comparison within the groups are statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after the treatment of the two groups,the treatment for both of the two groups o can improve the patient’s LCQ integral.The integral,the regional integral and total integral average of both groups have obvious rise after treatment,the comparing the two groups was statistically difference by statistics analysis(P<0.05),two groups of treatment in terms of various integral rise LCQ and total score average have significant differences,were higher than control group combined with various integral treatment group after treatment,which show that the treatment group in improving patients with LCQ integral effect is better than that in control group.The difference of the physiological,psychological,social,the regional integral and total integral between the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment,show that the integral difference have significant differences after treatment,the integral differential treatment group were higher than that of control group,it can be thought that the effect of treatment group is better on the amplitude of the integra of the patients with CVA.3.The symptoms and curative effect assessment of traditional Chinese medicine:The treatment group effective rate was 63.3%,total effective rate was 96.7%,Control group was 21.4%and 92.9%,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of total effective rate(P>0.05);but the effective rate comparison of two groups was statistically difference(P<0.05)After statistics analysis.It is Show that the treatment of both groups were effective,total effective rate no difference,but the effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The cough,cough up phlegm,bosom frowsty,tongue coating symptom integral and total integral in the contrast group were significant difference(P<0.05)before and after the treatment In the two groups,the treatment group improved integral is better than that of control group,there is statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups,the treatment group in improving TCM symptoms curative effect is better than the control group.4.The bronchial provocation tests turn rate was 73.3%of the treatment group after treatment,significantly higher than the control group was 67.9%,there is no statistical difference by chi-square test(P>0.05),show that the curative effect of treatment group and control group have no significant difference on the bronchial provocation tests turn rate aspect.Conclusion1.Sanzi Wendan decoction can effectively improve patients with cough variant asthma of physiological,psychological and social indicators,and the curative effect is significantly superior to conventional western medicine group.2.This research treated 30 CVA patients with Sanzi Wendan decoction,effective rate was 85%,significantly better than that of control group,patients with ease,cough,cough up phlegm.Chest distress,short breath,and improve the symptoms of tongue coating curative effect is superior to the control group.3.The Sanzi Wendan decoction group in the aspect of bronchial provocation tests turn rate compared with conventional western medicine montelukast,the treatment group turn rate is higher than the control group,but the curative effect is of no significant statistical difference.
