Research On Raw Materials Of Xianlinggubao Capsule

Objective:Xianlinggubao capsule was discovered tohave the effect to nourish liver and kidney,promote blood circulation,strengthen the muscle and bone.And which was used clinically in deficiency ofosteoporosis caused by deficiency ofliver and kidney,blood-stasis obstruction.It was the first selection medicaments of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.The formula was given priority to with Epimedium,Dipsaci Radix,Psoraleae Fructus,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,SalviaeMiltiorrhizae and Rehmanniae Radix.In order tocontrol the quality of 6 medicinal materials better,and to study its quality standard,we started this word.Methods:We used HPLC,infrared spectroscopy(IR)and evaporation light scattering detector(ELSD)to studythe quality of the 6 raw medicinal materials.Using HPLC detected the 7 flavonoids ingredients including epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin,sagittatoside B,2”-O-rhamnosyl icariside Ⅱ,baohuosideⅠfrom 100 samples of 5species Epimedium in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and 4 main resource species.According to the results of HPLC,combined with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and attenuated total reflection(ATR)technologyto establish a rapid determination modelof midinfra-red spectrum about Epimedium herb.To achieve the goals that determine the content of flavonoids in the Epimediumherb rapidly,we compared with HPLC results and studyed their correlation.We established the method determining the ingredients asperosaponinⅥ and iridoid glycosides including loganic acid,sweroside andloganin which was the high contents in Dipsaci Radix,the experiment adopted HPLC rapidly to determine 3 iridoid glycosides to evaluatethe iridoid glycosides in Dipsaci Radix.The other 4 medicinal materials was analyzed according to the 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia about quantitative analysis,and dealed with the medicinal materialsstrictly,collected 10 samples respectively from the market to analyze the quality of Psoraleae Fructus,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,SalviaeMiltiorrhizae and RehmanniaeRadix.Epimedium,DipsaciRadix,Psoraleae Fructus,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,SalviaeMiltiorrhizae and Rehmanniae Radix.Results:Using HPLC detected the 7 flavonoids ingredients in Epimedium to evaluate the quality of medicinal material.And connected with FTIR ATR method to establish a quickly and easily method to dectect the contents of medicinal material.We study the ingredients asperosaponinⅥ and the main iridoid glycosides in Dipsaci Radix to evaluatethe iridoid glycosides in Dipsaci Radix and to control the quality of Dipsaci Radix more accurately.The others 4 kinds of herbs collected from the main origins were all reach the Pharmacopoeia standards.Conclusion:The results show that evaluating the quality of herbs according to the one of these indregient of herbs cannot fully reflect the merits of the medicinal materials.Using the new experimental techniques and estabilishing a rapid,simple method of to measure its main ingredients comprehensively will be the development trend of drug quality control.
