| Objective:To observe the clinical effects of nalmefene on anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing vocal cord polypectomy. Methods:A total of ninety patients undergoing vocal cord polypectomy were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 cases each group using a random number table:control group(group C)and nalmefene group(group N1 and N2).Normal saline and nalmefene 0.25μg/kg and 0.5μg/kg were infused intravenously at end of the surgery.Immediately before nalmefene infusion,2 min,10 min after the end of nalmefene infusion,5 min after extubation,Blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR)and breathing recovery at 10 min after the end of nalmefene infusion, the duration of eye opening, directional power and extubation,PaO2 and PaCO2 at 15 min after nalmefene infusion were recorded and observed.Ramsay scale,VAS scale,Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS)and Postoperative adverse reactions at 5,30,60,120 min after extubation were recorded. Results:Compared with group C,the incidence of breathing recovery was significantly increased at 10 min after the end of nalmefene infusion and the duration of eye opening, directional power and extubation were significantly shorter. At 15 min after extubation,PaO2 were significantly increased while PaCO2 were significantly decreased in nalmefene group(P<0.05).At 5,30,60,120 min after extubation,Ramsay scale were significantly decreased in N1 and N2 group(P<0.05).No significant difference were detected in BP,HR,VAS scale and BCS levels among three groups(P>0.05).The differences of nausea and vomiting and respiratory depression incidence after extubation between three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nalmefene can promote anesthesia recovery afther the vocal cord polyps extirpation and has lower rates of postoperative side effects, which is worthy of promotion. |
