Research Progress On The Endometrial Receptivity

In recent years assisted reproductive technology(Art)has obtained a rapid development,but understanding of endometrial receptivity in reproductive medicine is still weak links.Endometrial receptivity damage can be caused by uterine endometrial polyps,uterine leiomyoma,endometriosis,local or systemic diseases,endocrine disorders and uterine local cytokine abnormalities can also lead to the decrease of the receptivity and a large number of cases the cause is unknown.So nearly 10 years of research become a hot sector,in this paper the application of CNKI,Wanfang full text database,Pub Med,Springer Link database retrieval system,with "infertility;implant failure;endometrial receptivity;treatment" as keywords,respectively,the relevant literatures were retrieved,and carry out research and analysis of the summary,extraction the latest research results and new progress.With the development of color Doppler and microscopic techniques,the evaluation of endometrial receptivity in gradually from macro level to micro world,endometrial shape,thickness,blood flow perfusion can responding to the state.A lot of researches on the molecular level indicated that the content of endometrial cytokines such as leukemia inhibitory factor(leukemiainhibitoryfactor,the LIF),integrin,prostaglandin content of endometrial receptivity by a huge impact,and genomics,proteomics science non invasion into diagnosis become evaluation measures of development trend,can be used to improve the success rate of assisted reproductive technologies(Art).In the face of impaired endometrial receptivity,usage of vasodilators such as cyclohexanone theobromine and vitamin E,sildenafil,aspirin and other had some effects;new research showed that uterine infusion of h CG,granulocyte-set colony stimulating factor,endometrial less invasive surgery also impaired endometrialreceptivity to improved function;traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods also some positive significance,but the treatment method of chaos,no normative principles.Uterine endometrial receptivity is assisted reproductive technology(Art)is one of the difficult problems,the need for more basic and clinical research to solve this problem.
