Role Of MMP-9、Collagen Ⅲ And FN In Premature Rupture Of Human Fetal Membranes | | Posted on:2017-02-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Q Dong | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2404330488981681 | Subject:Clinical Medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:To observe and detect the expression level of MMP-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9),type Ⅲ collagen and FN(fibronectin)in the serum and fetal membranes of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes.Methods:40 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to June 2015 and diagnosed with premature rupture of membranes were enrolled in the study,and they were divided into two groups:preterm premature rupture of the membrane group(group pPROM,2836+6weeks,20 cases)and term premature rupture of membranes group(group tPROM,3741+6weeks,20 cases).In addition,20 cases of normal term pregnant women in our hospital were selected as control group(group Control)..Collect the maternal blood of all the subjects before surgery,select the serum.Clip 1 membranes(Size of about 1.5cm*1.5cm)under aseptic conditions.The expression levels of MMP-9,type Ⅲ collagen and FN were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunohistochemistry method respectively.To analyze and discuss the relationship between premature rupture of membranes and premature rupture of membranes.Results:1.Expression in serum(1).The expression levels of MMP-9 in pPROM group(228.40±57.51ng/L)and tPROM group(370.70±55.23ng/L)were higer than those in control group(93.03±7.20ng/L).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The expression levels of Ⅲ collagen in pPROM group(45.32±10.63μg/L)and tPROM(113.38±23.07μg/L)group were lower than those in control group(146.56±22.89μg/L).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The expression levels of FN in pPROM group(6.59±2.88ng/ml)and tPROM(18.00±3.71ng/ml)group were lower than those in control group(48.60±21.19ng/ml).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Expression in fetal membranes(1)The expression levels of MMP-9 in pPROM group(90%)and tPROM group(95%)were higer than those in control group(25%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The expression levels of Ⅲ collagen in pPROM group(35%)and tPROM(30%)group were lower than those in control group(90%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The expression levels of FN in pPROM group(40%)and tPROM(30%)group were lower than those in control group(95%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increse of the level of MMP-9 and the decrease of the level of Ⅲ collagen and FN are related to the occurrence of PROM. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Matrix metalloproteinase-9, Ⅲ collagen, Fibronectin, Premature rupture of human fetal membranes | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
