Objective To observe the basic vital signs,sedation,BIS and postoperative analgesia change of dexmedetomidine(Dex)on different infusion rate in the patients undergoing subarachnoid block.Methods Eighty patients of lower limb operation,ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ,were randomly devided into four groups with 20 people each:group D1,Dex was infused in 10 min in a dose of 0.6 ug/kg(Dex,4ug/ml,0.15ml/kg),group D2,Dex was infused in 15 min with the same does(Dex,4ug/ml,0.15ml/kg),group N1,saline of 0.15ml/kg was infused in 10 min,group N2,saline of 0.15ml/kg was infused in 15 min.BIS,SBP,DBP,HR,Sp02 and OAA/S were recorded at before subarachnoid block,15min after subarachnoid block and 1,3,5,10,15,20,30,45,60,75,90,105,120 min after Dex administration.Record visual analogue scale(VAS)score after 6 and 9 hours after subarachnoid block.Results Compared with the group N1,Dl’s HR decreased at T4~T8,OAA/S fell at T5~T10,the BIS fell significantly at T3~T12,VAS scores at Th1 and Th2 was significantly lower,patients who use analgesics was noticeably reduced(P<0.05);Compared with the group N2,D2’s HR decreased at T4~T8,OAA/S fell at T6~T10,the BIS fell significantly at T4~T12,VAS scores at Th1 and Th2 was significantly lower,patients who use analgesics was noticeably reduced(P<0.05);Compared with the group D1,D2’s OAA/S increase significantly at T5,the BIS fell significantly at T11(P<0.05).Conclusions Dex infusion in the does of 0.6ug/kg has sedative effect and analgesia after operation in the patients undergoing subarachnoid block,the smaller infusion rate,the littler change on blood pressure and HR,the more safer.
