Objective:The present study to further understand the young women of hepatolenticular degeneration(wilson's disease)patients with abnormal levels of thyroid hormone and sex hormone,as well as short-term and long-term decopper treatment after thyroid hormone and sex hormone change.So as to explore the related mechanism,optimize the treatment plan,and improve the quality of life of young women wilson's disease patients.Methods:Collect with forty-three young patients with female wilson's disease into standard treatment and hospital patients as the observation object,compare the before treatment(Group A)(Group A1: brain type;Group A2: non cerebral type),traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with short-term after decopper treatment(group B)and after one year of treatment(Group C)wilson's disease patients and normal control group(Group D)in thyroid hormone and sex hormone changes in the laboratory simulation.Results:1.Comparison of thyroid hormone and sex hormone serological indexes between Group A and Group D The results showed that there were significant differences between the serum markers of thyroid hormone in T4 and FT4 and the serum markers of E2,FSH,PGN,TTE and PRL in young women with wilson's disease and normal subjects(P ?0.05).2.Compare the thyroid hormone and sex hormone serum index of Group A and Group BThe results showed that serum index copper excretion before treatment and after treatment of short-term copper excretion of young adult women with thyroid hormone wilson's disease in T3,T4,TSH,FT3 and FT4,There were no significant difference(P?0.05).While in LH,E2 serological markers of sex hormones on the comparison there is obvious difference(P ?0.05).3.Compare the thyroid hormone and sex hormone serum index of Group C and Group A Results show that the comparison of copper treatment serum index after a year and copper excretion before treatment of young adult women with thyroid hormone wilson's disease in TSH,FT3,and sex hormones in the serological indexes of LH,PGN,TTE on the comparison there is obvious difference(P ?0.05).4.Compare the thyroid hormone and sex hormone serum index of Group C and Group B Results show that the copper discharging treatment after a year of serological indexes and short-term copper excretion after treatment of young adult women with thyroid hormone wilson's disease in T3,T4,FT4,TSH,FT3.There is not significant(P ?0.05).difference in LH,PGN,E2;Serum sex hormone on comparison is significant difference(P ?0.05).5.Compare the thyroid hormone and sex hormone serum index of Group C and Group DResults showed that after a year of copper excretion of young adult women in wilson's disease patients compared with normal control group serum thyroid hormone in T4,FT3,FT4 treatment,and serum index of sex hormone FSH,TTE,LH,PGN,E2 on the comparison there is obvious difference(P ?0.05).6.Compare the thyroid hormone and sex hormone serum index of A1 group and A2 group Results showed that the copper excretion of young adult women before treatment in patients with brain and non brain type wilson ' s disease thyroid hormones andserological indexes in T3,TSH,T4,FT3,FT4,PRL,FSH,TTE,LH,PGN,E2,There were no statistically significant differences(P ?0.05).The results showed that there were no significant differences in thyroid hormone and sex hormone serology between young women with cerebral type and non cerebral wilson's disease before and after copper treatment.But because of small sample studies,there may be bias.Conclusion:1.Young women with wilson's disease copper excretion before treatment of thyroid hormone and sex hormone in T4,FT4,FSH three serum markers,significantly lower than the normal control group,E2,PGN,TTE,PRL four serum markers,significantly higher than the normal control group.The abnormal expression of youth female wilson's disease patients compared the presence of thyroid hormone and sex hormone;2.Decopper a year after thyroid hormone and sex hormone in TSH,FT3,LH,PGN,TTE and serological indicators before treatment than improved.Decopper after one year of thyroid hormone and sex hormone in TSH,FT3,E2,LH,PGN and serological indicators of short-term treatment ratio was improved.Displacement of thyroid hormone and sex hormone of copper a year after the group in T4,FT4,FSH,E2,PGN,TTE serological indicators compared with normal control group was improved.The short-term treatment of thyroid hormone and sex hormone in E2,compared with the treatment of LH serological indicators improved than before;3.Small sample experiments showed that the changes of serum thyroid hormone and serum sex hormone levels were not obvious in young women with wilson's disease brain type and non cerebral type.
