Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction On Serum OPN And TGF-β1 In Patients With IgA Nephropathy

Objective:By observing the changes of urinary protein and renal function,and the expression of TGF-β1 and OPN in the serum of patients with IgA nephropathy treated with Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction,the effectiveness of the treatment of IgA nephropathy was proved,and to explore the possible mechanism of inhibiting the proliferation of mesangial cells and the proliferation of mesangial matrix,and to reduce the glomerular sclerosis,and to provide scientific basis for the treatment of IgA nephropathy.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,IgA nephropathy patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrom were randomly divided into two groups,each with a total of 30 cases.To give the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the Chinese medicine group was treated with Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction,the course of treatment was8 weeks.The improvement of the symptoms of the patients were observed before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,24 hours urine protein,serum potassium,TGF-β1,OPN changes,and statistical analysis.Result:Traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,the total effective rate and the curative effect of TCM syndrome were significantly different(P<0.01),the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group.The two groups patients can effectively improve renal function,reduce Scr,BUN level,reduce proteinuria,traditional Chinese medicine group than the control group(P<0.05),the two groups can reduce serum TGF-beta1,OPN,the Chinese medicine group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of IgA nephropathy patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrom;Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction can reduce 24 hour urinary protein and improve renal function of IgA nephropathy patients with Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis;mechanism of Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction Treatment IgA nephropathy of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis may be expressed by the intervention of serum TGF-beta 1,OPN,the proliferation of mesangial cells and inhibit the proliferation of mesangial matrix,anti glomerular sclerosis.
