Yi Shen Dao Tan Decoction On Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility (Kidney Deficiency, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Patients Effect Of TCM Syndrome Elements

Objective:Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) infertility patients,whose TCM syndrome differentiation is kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,in the Yi Shen Dao Tan decoction before and after treatment to carry on the appraisal of TCM syndrome elements. To observe the influence of Yi Shen Dao Tan decoction on PCOS infertility(kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome) in patients with syndrome element evolution.Method:All patients were selected by selection criteria.The 60 patients after Yi Shen Dao Tan decoction oral treatment for 6 months to conduct their own before and after comparison. Observing the changes of TCM syndrome elements including kidney, phlegm, blood stasis, and other syndrome elements.Observing the changes of clinical symptoms and menstrual cycle.Observing the changes of serum hormone(FSH,LH,E2,LH/FSH,T,PRL)levels.Observing B-ovarian morphological changes and the changes of BMI.Based on the above indicators to determine its clinical efficacy.Then related factors in pregnancy or not.Results:1.Evolution of syndrome elements before and after treatment:There must be syndrome elements, kidney, phlegm, blood stasis, the uterus before and after treatment there was significant difference between integral(P<0.01).The level of their integral were significantly different(P<0.01).Other pathological syndrome element including wet, qi stagnation, liver, Yang deficiency, qi deficiency, blood deficiency, sperm loss, cold, cold blood, spleen and yin deficiency,which number of patients before and after treatment were significantly different compared(P＜0.01).2.Clinical efficacy:Yi Shen Dao Tan decoction total effective rate of PCOS infertility (kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome) treatment 91.67%, pregnancy rate was 31.67%.The LH,T,LH/FSH levels are very significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.01), the E2 levels there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in Menstrual cycle(P<0.01)before and after treatment.There was a statistical difference in ovarian average volume(P<0.01)before and after treatment.There was a statistical difference in BMI(P<0.01)before and after treatment.3.Pregnancy-related factors:TCM Syndromes aspects:There must be syndrome elements, blood stasis, the uterus pregnant and non-pregnant cases there was significant difference between integral(P<0.01).There must be syndrome elements, kidney, phlegm pregnant and non-pregnant cases there was significant difference between integral(P<0.05).Check index aspects:LH/FSH, compared pregnant and non-pregnant cases, there was a significant difference (P<0.01), LH, E2, T levels of pregnancy and pregnancy were not significantly different compared (P<0.05); mean ovarian volume of pregnant and non pregnant Cases, significant difference compared (P<0.05).Conclusionl:1.PCOS infertility total belongs to this empty mark unionizing the proof of reality, and inclusion.Phlegm and blood to kidney to the laws of the TCD is not only simple and effective PBSS kidney, but also for liver depression, qi stagnation, spleen deficiency, Yang deficiency, qi deficiency, blood deficiency, sperm loss, cold, cold blood Pathogenesis of syndrome elements and other syndromes caused significant therapeutic effect.2.Yi Shen Dao Tan decoction Kidney PCOS infertility can improve clinical symptoms and signs, significantly lower LH, LH/FSH, T levels increased E2 levels, improve ovarian function, promoting follicular development, induce ovulation, promotion of pregnancy.3.TCM terms:the kidney, phlegm, blood stasis, uterus syndrome factor reduction and integration was significantly related to pregnancy;Check the indicators:LH, LH/FSH, T reduction, E2 rise, narrowing the average ovarian volume was significantly related to pregnancy.
