Clinical Research Of Huang Yun Tong Bian Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Spleen-lung Qi Deficiency Type

Objective: Through the use of Huang Yun Tong decoction to treat the spleen-lung qi deficiency type functional constipation(FC),To observe the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome of the patients before and after treatment and the changes of plasma somatostatin(SS)and substance P(SP),And evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huang Yun Tong decoction in the treatment of this disease;To analyze the correlation between the changes of SS and SP and the clinical efficacy,And explore the clinical mechanism of Huang Yun Tong decoction,so as to better apply it to the clinical treatment of the most effective treatment of the disease.Methods: To choose 60 patients with the spleen-lung qi deficiency type functional constipation from March 2017 to January 2018 in outpatient and hospitalized patients,Chinese medicine treatment group intends to 30 people by my self "Huang Yuntong" therapy,4 weeks treatment,30 people in the control group were treated with western medicine and polyethylene glycol 4000 for 4 weeks.(1)observe and compare the symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment(main symptoms,secondary symptoms,)and the change of syndrome score;(2)to observe the changes of plasma SS and SP levels before and after treatment in the two groups,and to analyze the correlation between the changes of plasma SS and SP in the plasma of FC patients and the clinical effects;(3)to observe the changes of the safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment and the adverse reactions,and to evaluate the safety of the drugs.Results:(1)two groups were removed in 1 cases,the actual completion of the final total number of 58 people,treatment group 2 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective15 cases,invalid,no deterioration of the results,the total efficiency of 100%,the cure rate was 6.90%,the effective rate was 41.38%,efficiency was 51.72%,the control group were valid.No cure,effective,ineffective,and deterioration of the results,the total efficiency of 100%,the two groups have significant differences in the total effect(P<0.05);The symptoms(main symptoms,secondary symptoms)and syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05)before and after the treatment.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);(2)the SS level of the two groups decreased before and after taking medicine(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the SP level increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in SS and SP level(P<0.01);(3)safety evaluation: the safety index of two groups after treatment therapy were in the normal range,no difference(P>0.05);during the medication,Huang Yun Tong decoction group patients had abdominal pain in 2 cases,the adverse reaction rate of 6.90%,polyethylene glycol 4000 groups of patients occurred in 6 cases of abdominal pain,4 cases of nausea,adverse reaction rate of34.48%,Statistically,there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Huang Yun Tong decoction is effective in the treatment of functional constipation of spleen-lung qi deficiency type;2.Huang Yun Tong decoction can improve the spleen-lung qi deficiency type of functional constipation in patients with TCM syndromes;3.Huang Yun Tong decoction can regulate plasma SS and SP levels.
