| ObjectiveTo investigate the significance of Indocyanine green(ICG)test combined with platelet count(PLT)in predicting posthepatectomy liver failure(PHLF)in hepatocellular carcinoma patients,so as to guide the clinical work.MethodsRetrospectively reviewed clinical datas of 300 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma from the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university, from June 2011to June 2016,the pathologies were all malignant tumors. With the ICGR15 value of15%and PLT value of 15×109/L as the dividing line[1],300 patients were divided into two groups:group A(ICGR15≥15%and PLT≤15×109/L)(n=87).Group B(ICGR15<15%and PLT>15×109/L)(n=145).The rests were group C(n=68).Results125 out of 300 cases occuring PHLF.59 cases in group A,43 cases in group B,23 cases in group C.The groups were independent samples, and the differences were statistically significant(Χ2=34.8>χ20.05,2 P=0.000<0.05).ConclusionsWhen ICGR15 and PLT reached a critical value respectively, the incidence of PHLF was the highest. In the surgical treatment of liver cancer, firstly should do ICGRl5 and PLT,then, with the Child-Pugh score and residual liver volume measurement used to evaluate the liver reserve function.Careful operation and cautious observation to minimize the incidence of complications and to reduce the incidence of PHLF. |
