A Preliminary Study On The Demand Of Internet Pharmaceutical Care For Retail Pharmacy In Suzhou

ObjectiveThis article through to the Suzhou residents think retail pharmacy whether need to carry out Internet pharmaceutical care and the need to carry out the project,accept the pharmaceutical care personnel,research and the current situation of drug storage,residents in the purchase of drugs and the use of drugs,Suzhou residents of Internet pharmaceutical care for retail pharmacies,so as to provide the basis for the development of Internet pharmacy services to promote retail pharmacies.Method1,Research object: select four retail pharmacies in Suzhou area as the research point,mainly to the study of four pharmacies in Suzhou residents.2,research methods: This paper mainly adopts two methods: literature research method and questionnaire survey method.Result:1,In the survey,70.9% of Suzhou residents believed that retail pharmacies needed to carry out internet pharmaceutical care.2,Suzhou residents think that retail pharmacies need to carry out Internet pharmaceutical care and residents’ academic qualifications,as well as whether residents have installed medical software before.There is statistical significance.The higher the education level is,the more Suzhou residents feel that retail pharmacies need to carry out internet pharmaceutical care.3,Suzhou residents think that the pharmaceutical care retail pharmacies need to carry out the project from high to low is to provide medication knowledge for customers(72.7%),the recommended medicine for customers(64.7%),take appropriate methods to accept medication consultation(53.7%),regularly updated store drug information(36.2%),for promoting rational drug use(34.4%),hire experts to use lectures(28.2%),chronic patients establish a medication(15.1%),received on-site service appointment(12.5%).4,Suzhou residents in the purchase of medicines,drugs and medication to keep their past understanding of diseases is unclear,drug consultation is not in place,randomly placed,drug abuse of antibiotics,drugs of understanding is not clear,the replacement of drugs and can increase or decrease the dose itself,the need for related content to correct and improve the pharmaceutical care by.Conclusion:According to the study of Suzhou residents in the purchase of drugs,drug use and drug store on some problems,and the majority of Suzhou residents believe that the retail pharmacies need to carry out Internet pharmaceutical care and the need to carry out the project,I think it should be introduced to promote the development of retail pharmacy pharmaceutical care measures,protection of Internet retail pharmacy pharmaceutical care legal order.The Internet and retail pharmacy pharmaceutical care should be from the establishment of resident health archives on the Internet or medicine history,to promote the rational use of drugs,medication knowledge as the basis,regularly updated drug information,correct drug recommendations,so as to ensure its own economic benefits at the same time,more social benefits.
