Objective:To study the expression of serum differential proteins in acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients with blood stasis syndrome in different age groups, and to explain the pathogenesis at molecular level,so as to provide evidence for finding the targets of individualized treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:10 elderly acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients and 10 young acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients with blood stasis syndrome were collected, differentially expressed proteins between them were identified by iTRAQ technology, and differentially expressed proteins were analyzed by bioinformatics methodsResults:A total of 94 differentially expressed proteins were identified, including 46 up-regulated proteins and 48 down-regulated proteins Differentially expressed proteins were studied by GO analysis, participating in 12 biological processes, locating in 14 cellular components, and participating in 7 molecular functions.Differentially expressed proteins were studied by KEGG pathways analysis, participating in Complement and coagulation cascades,Systemic lupus erythematosus,Focal adhesion,Platelet activation,PertussisConclusion:The expression of serum proteins was significant different between elderly acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients and young acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients with blood stasis syndrome.
