| Objective:To implement data mining of Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prescriptions which contain traditional Chinese marine medicine by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)combined with computer technology,and focus on the systematical analysis by using of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory,the compatibility of prescription and other related knowledge,aim to reveal the compatibility principles of Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prescriptions containing traditional Chinese marine medicine and provide basis for the scientific and reasonable use of Chinese marine medicine in clinical practice.Methods:To collect data from Chinese medicine books Marine Medicine and Effective Prescription(《海洋药物与效方》),Chinese Marine Materia Medica(《中华海洋本草》),Chinese Dictionary of Marine Medicine(《中国海洋药物辞典》),Chinese Materia Medica(《中华本草》)etc,and the data from the effective prescriptions in coastal area,the literature of Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prescription containing Chinese marine medicine in CNKI,VIP,Wangfang from the time of these databases establishment to November 2017.Then to screen the standard prescriptions and type into the Excel data sheet according to the prescription name,source,efficacy,indication,composition,etc,after standardized arrangement,input to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),build a database of Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prescription containing Chinese marine medicine.Finally to analyze the medicine frequency and rules of the prescription,potential new prescription,four properties,five tastes,meridian distribution,toxic drugs,specific characteristics of tumor drug information,etc,by use of data mining methods in the support system,improved mutual information,association rule,complex system entropy clustering and so on.Results:(1)In this study,334 Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prescriptions containing Chinese marine medicine were collected,involving 316 traditional Chinese medicine,with 3542 times frequency of usage in total.(2)There were 26 high-frequency drugs(the frequency of occurrence is greater than 10%of the total number of prescriptions),including Oysters,keels,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae,Ophiopogon,astragalus,Ligusticum chuanxiong,angelica,Schisandra,and mother of Pearl etc.There are 18 kinds of Chinese medicine categories,the high-frequency medicines were for Antipyretic,tonic,phlegm and antiasthmatic,blood stasis and pingganxifeng drugs.(3)The medicine properties of the prescriptions were mainly cold,warm and flat.The taste were mainly bitter,acrid,sweet and salty.The meridian distribution were mainly liver,lungs,stomach,spleen,kidney and heart.(4)There were 35toxic drugs in total,the frequency of usage accounted for 0.98%.(5)Association rules analysis concluded that there were 11 groups of commonly used drug combinations,including Keel,oyster and Cinnamon,oysters etc.Entropy clustering analysis concluded that there were 10 groups of potential drug combination and 5 new prescriptions.(6)There are 8high-frequency illness,followed by Hypertension,coronary heart disease,arrhythmia,vertigo,premature beat,stroke,angina,heart failure.(1)the core drug of Hypertension were:Achyranthes,abalone;abalone,Uncaria;keel oyster;Achyranthes root,Uncaria(2)The core drugs of coronary heart disease were:Salvia miltiorrhiza,oysters,astragalus,oysters,keels,oysters.(3)The core drugs of Arrhythmia were:A keel,oysters,Salvia miltiorrhiza,oysters.Conclusions:The compatibility principles of Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prescriptions containing traditional Chinese marine medicine are that Keel,oyster,Salvia miltiorrhiza are compatible for clearing away heat and toxins,tonic,promoting circulation,promoting blood flow to remove stasis,etc.Entropy clustering analysis concluded potential drug combinations and new prescriptions,mainly contained medicine for softening and resolving stasis,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing away heat and toxins,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,tonifying liver and kidney.The efficacy and mechanism need to be further studied.The Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prescriptions containing traditional Chinese marine medicine are mainly used in treating Hypertension;different therapeutic effects can be achieved by different medicine compatibility.There are rules to follow in CCVD treatment with traditional Chinese marine medicine,the application of traditional Chinese marine medicine in the field of Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases needs to be expanded,and the future development prospect is broad and bright. |
