| Purpose:To summarize the prescription Chinese medicine that have Astragalus membranaceus to treat diabetes mellitus and the complications disease by Chinese medication pattern and provide consultation and reference for clinical application and development of Astragalus membranaceus.Material and method: According to the data excavate method integrated by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software,47 formula of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were analyzed.Results:1.A total of 47 prescriptions for Chinese medicine containing jaundice for treating diabetes or diabetes and its complications were retrieved.2.A total of 100 Chinese herbal medicines are used,and the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 10 times have a total of 14 flavors.3.Get group 51 of core drug combinations.4.Ten pairs of core combinations that can be clustered into new drug pairs are obtained.On this basis,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method is further developed to mine five new candidate prescriptions.Conclusion:1.At present,the Chinese patent medicines containing Astragalus membranaceus are mainly used to treat diabetes,diabetes,and its complications,and the main products are Yiqi Yangyin,Qingreshengjinjin.The understanding of the pathogenesis is still based on "dry heat" or "scruffy yin",and there is a lack of Chinese patent medicines for treating damp-heat syndrome.2.Astragalus membranaceus is mainly compatible with trichosanthin,rehmannia,Schisandra,Pueraria,and Ophiopogon japonicus in the treatment of diabetes or diabetes and its complications.3.In the future development of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of diabetes and its complications,such as heat-clearing and dampness,promoting blood circulation andremoving blood stasis should be added to achieve the treatment principle of treating both the symptoms and the root causes. |
