Research On Effects To AFP And The Quality Of Life Of Primary Liver Cancer With Self-made Liver Protection Decoction Combined With TACE

Objective:This paper mainly comparison the efficacy index(AFP,Carr’s score,TCM syndromes score)and safety index(blood routine,liver function,kidney function)of liver artery intubation chemoembolization(TACE)and simple TACE for primary liver cancer.To investigate theeffects to AFP and the quality of life of primary liver cancer with self-made liver protection decoction combined with TACE.Methods:The 64 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by using random numerical table method.In each group,32 patients were treated by TACE alone.After 3 days of operation,routine liver preservation,acid inhibition,and infection prevention were performed treatment.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was given self-made liver protection decoction,which was taken orally from TACE on the same day,1 dose per day for 4 consecutive weeks.The changes of AFP,Cartesian score,TCM syndromes,blood routine,liver function and kidney function were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment group had statistically significant differences in reducing AFP(P<0.05).improving-TCM syndromes,preventing KPS degradation,and improving quality of life(P<0.0 1).There was a statistically significant difference in the prevention and treatment of leukopenia and prevention of elevtion of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase(P<0.01)、There was no significant difference in other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Self-made liver protection decoction combined with TACE can reduce the level of AFP in patients with liver cancer.2.The self-made liver protection decoction combined with TACE can reduce the patient’s TCM syndrome score、prevent the reduction of the KPS and improving quality of life3.Self-made liver protection decoction can prevent white blood cell decline and liver and kidney damage caused by TACE.
