Background:TACE treatment is an important treatment method for advanced primary liver cancer and shows good local curative effect, but it can be observed in clinical work that after TACE treatment of primary liver cancer, the liver function of patients is damaged to varying degrees, and even some patients may suffer from liver failure. As for the phenomenon of death, liver function damage after TACE treatment is a problem that cannot be ignored. Therefore,it is important to protect liver function to protect liver function as much as possible to clarify the factors of liver function damage after TACE treatment.Re-examination of CT after TACE treatment showed that there were deposits of iodized oil of varying sizes in non-tumor tissues of the liver.Whether there is a certain relationship between the size of iodized oil deposits in nontumor tissues and changes in liver function, there is still no relevant literature report. This study explores the relationship between the two, further deepens the understanding of liver function damage after TACE treatment, and guides clinical practice. The relationship between the range of iodized oil deposition in non-tumor tissues and the survival rate and recurrence rate can be further explored in the future. Objective: To obtain the associate with Changes in the extent of iodized oil deposition and liver function in the non-tumor group after TACE treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods: Strictly follow the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and collect cases who were admitted to the Interventional Department of the Affiliated Hospital of x University from September 2018 to November 2020,and were clearly diagnosed as primary liver cancer and concurrently treated with TACE.The liver function indexes DBIL,IBIL,ALB,PT,ALT,AST,ChE of each patient were recorded 1 week before operation,1 week after operation and 1 month after operation.According to the CT images of the patient before and after the operation, the Image J software is used to calculate the range of iodized oil deposition in non-tumor tissues.According to the size of the range of iodized oil deposition in non-tumor tissues,it is divided into <10%,10%-20%,20%-30%,30%-40%,>40% are divided into 5 groups. To study the relationship between the size of iodized oil deposition in non-tumor tissues and changes in liver function indexes after TACE treatment.Results:1.The laboratory indicators of liver function DBIL,IBIL,ALB,PT,ALT,AST and ChE in patients treated with TACE were compared 1 week before treatment,1 week after treatment and 1 month after treatment, and there were significant differences(P< 0.05),One week after treatment is higher than one week before treatment(P< 0.05),1 month after treatment is less than 1 week after treatment, and No significant change between 1 month after treatment and 1 week before treatment。2.The degree of ALT and AST increase in TACE-treated patients 1 week after treatment compared with 1 week before treatment increased with the increase of lipiodol deposition in non-tumor tissues(P< 0.05),When the range of iodized oil deposition in the non-tumor group is higher than 40%,the degree of ALT and AST increase is significantly higher than <10% and 10%-20%(P< 0.05).The degree of decrease of ALT and AST in TACE-treated patients 1 month after treatment compared with 1 week after treatment increased with the increase of lipiodol deposition in nontumor tissues(P< 0.05),When the range of iodized oil deposition in the non-tumor group was higher than 40%,the decrease of ALT and AST was significantly higher than<10% and 10%-20%(P< 0.05)。The changes of DBIL,IBIL,ALB,PT and ChE before and after treatment have no significant relationship with the extent of iodized oil deposition in non-tumor tissue(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.The liver function of primary liver cancer after TACE has varying degrees of damage, which is manifested as obvious damage 1 week after the operation. With the passage of time, the liver function gradually recovered, and the liver function basically returned to the preoperative level in 1 month after the operation.2.The degree of changes in ALT and AST 1 week after TACE treatment for primary liver cancer increased with the increase in the range of iodized oil deposition in the non-tumor group, and the difference between ALT and AST when the range of iodized oil deposition in tumor tissue was greater than 40% The increase is more obvious, showing a greater degree of liver damage. Therefore, clinical work needs to avoid liver cell damage caused by a large range of lipiodol deposition in non-tumor tissues. The extent of iodized oil deposition in non-tumor tissues has no significant relationship with the changes of DBIL,IBIL,ALB,PT and ChE.
