| The development of life science instruments has provided effective tools and powerful research tools for life science,and lots of major scientific projects have been supported,breakthroughs have been made.Polymerase Chain Reaction(Polymerase Chain Reaction)named PCR for short,is a kind of nucleic acid amplification techniques which in vitro,using this technology can form complex molecules in the selective replication in a specific sequence.The PCR instrument can complete the PCR reaction automatically,so we also call it the PCR amplification meter.At present,PCR has been widely used in many fields such as life science research,biochemical analysis,clinical diagnosis,drug analysis,forensic identification and rapid outbreak of disease.PCR amplification is the key to the temperature control,if the temperature control system’s performance is not well then it won’t be able to achieve the amplification process successfully,temperature is the core of the whole reaction process parameters.So design a tech nical indicators higher temperature controller has great significance for designing a PCR.According to the reaction characteristics of PCR amplification,the hardware and the algorithm are combined to design the temperature controller.The design of this paper mainly includes two parts:hardware and algorithm.The hardware part should put the task of realizing the reliable and stable operation of the system first;Secondly,the price of the whole is considered which maximizes the function of utilizing the least resources.Finally,it is important to consider the overall layout of temperature controller,which is easy to operate and has practical application value.The hardware part introduces the design of variable temperature system which is based on semiconductor refrigeration and the design of embedded temperature controller.Finally,introduced the design of auxiliary parts such as heat cover and fan.In the algorithm part,how to achieve the temperature control and measurement is one of the difficulties in temperature controling.The temperature control system is a lagging system,and the PCR instrument requires the temperature to rise and fall at a high-speed,which will result in a large overshoot of the temperature control.How to realize the unification of the fast cooling rate and the small amount of overshoot is another difficulty of temperature controling;In this paper,using fuzzy control algorithm with a combination of traditional PID algorithm,fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm-stimulate the model by MATLAB,the simulation results show the overshoot amount of this algorithm is very low and the stability is very strong,which can meet the requirements.The research of this paper have certain academic value and practical significance. |
