| Objective1.To understand the mastery of AIDS/drug related basic knowledge and the influencing factors among middle school students in Qingdao.2.To understand the current situation of AIDS/drug related knowledge,attitude and sexual orientation of middle school students,and to provide the basis for the effective formulation of health education strategies.3.Three intervention methods were used to carry out AIDS/drug warning education for middle school students,and to evaluate their intervention effect,so as to provide evidence for further developing AIDS/drug warning education for middle school students.4.To this investigation as an opportunity for the province to develop AIDS for the crowd of AIDS prevention and control strategies to carry out behavioral intervention to provide scientific basis.MethodsA quantitative and qualitative study was conducted in June 2016 to September in Qingdao,Shandong Province,to investigate the middle school students in Qingdao.Quantitative study:in June 2016,a cluster sampling method was used to carry out a questionnaire survey on middle school students.A cluster stratified random sampling method,randomly selected from Qingdao District of Chengyang City,the second experiment,Chengyang fourth,Chengyang vocational school 3 middle school in grade one and grade two,grade 13 grade students in the survey.The subjects were divided into A group,B group and C group.The three groups were used with the same warning of AIDS intervention content intervention,group A only issued warning/AIDS drugs health manual,group B application of PPT form to carry out AIDS warning education seminars,group C used PPT forms to carry out the warning education,and health handbook.The same questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge,behavior and attitude of AIDS before and after 2 weeks of intervention.The self-made health knowledge questionnaire for middle school students was adopted.Chi square test was used to compare AIDS/drug knowledge,attitude and behavior among different warning education methods.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the intervention.Using EpiData3.1 to set up a database,double entry into the check correction.After the two entry was completed,the"consistency check"was carried out,and the errors were found and corrected in time.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results of data,frequency,chi square test,single factor and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis.Qualitative research:2016 September to carry the recorder,30 cheerful in different grades are willing to participate in the investigation of middle school students,the school students to accept AIDS and drug intervention knowledge acceptance,treat warning education attitude,students love and sexual orientation,in-depth interviews,and related problems the psychological consultation of experts,are summarized.Results1.The June 2016 survey showed that 1980 questionnaires were issued to middle school students(including pre investigation),and 1925 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 97.22%.Survey of 53.56%boys(1 031/1 925),girls accounted for46.44%(894/1 925);grade 48.10%(926/1 925),grade 51.90%(999/1 925);household registration in Shandong Province,accounting for 81.97%(1 578/1 925),the Chengyang area accounted for 67.22%(1 294/1 925),outside the provincial population accounted for 18.03%(347/1 925);the Han nationality,accounting for 92.31%(1 777/1 925),Korean accounted for6.44%(124/1 925),the other was 1.25%(24/1 925).2.Before and after the warning education,AIDS/drug knowledge,attitudes and behaviors were compared among the middle school students.The awareness rate of AIDS in A group,B group and C group was 64.9%,61.2%and 61.2%,respectively.There was no significant difference between them(χ~2=2.092,P>0.05).After the intervention,the total AIDS knowledge rate from 62%to 83.8%(1252/2019)(1555/1856),A group,B group,C group of AIDS related knowledge awareness rate were 67.2%,88.9%,89.2%,three groups were increased by 2.3%,27.7%,28%,in the increase of C group>B group>A group;before the intervention,A group,B group and C group survey of drug knowledge correct rate is generally low.Effect of three kinds of interventions for what is the correct rate of the new drug knowledge were 44.1(193/464),41.4(329/793),43.8(334/762),through the analysis of the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=1.083,P>0.05),the correct rate were increased to 69.4 after the intervention(311/448),79.2(595/751),67.1(441/657),before and after the intervention,the correct rate differences were statistically significant(χ~2=57.471,P<0.01;χ~2=110.105,P<0.01;χ~2=27.426,P<0.01).3.The total awareness rate of AIDS/drug awareness in middle school students was88.9%(1555/1856),and there was no statistical difference between male and female students(χ~2=2.624,P>0.05);the awareness rate of first grade was 75.8%,which was lower than grade1(92.7%)and grade one(82.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=69.834,P<0.01);the different intervention modes were among the different modes of intervention.There was a significant difference in awareness rate between A group and B group and C group(χ~2=119.387,P<0.01).The educational level of father and mother significantly affected the improvement of students’awareness of AIDS.The students with low parents and parents had a higher awareness rate(χ~2=19.146,P<0.01;χ~2=22.062,P<0.01);the total awareness rate of drug related knowledge of middle school students was 76%(1411/1856),and the total awareness rate of male and female students was statistically significant(χ~2=25.640,P<0.01),and 34.4%(157/637)in grade two.In the first grade 34.4%(157/637)and grade 1(92.7%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=69.834,P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the awareness rate among the different intervention models,and the group A was significantly lower than the B group and the C group(χ~2=119.387,P<0.01).The educational level of father and mother significantly affected the improvement of students’awareness of AIDS.The students with low parents and parents had a higher awareness rate(χ~2=19.146,P<0.01;χ~2=22.062,P<0.01).4.After intervention,the comparison between the three groups:compared with the A group,the difference in the total awareness rate was statistically significant(χ~2=38.443.36,P<0.01,χ~2=36.984,P<0.01),B and C(χ~2=0.022,P>0.05).The cognitive level of shared syringes was above 90%,and there was no significant difference between the three intervention methods before and after intervention.There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups before intervention(χ~2=2.568,P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference before and after intervention.5.Logistic regression analysis showed that,compared with the local Chengyang District,Chengyang district outside the AIDS awareness rate of OR(95%CI)is 1.22(1.0~1.5);and the first one,the second,the awareness rate of AIDS OR(95%CI)is 1.68(1.4~12.0),5.97(4.9~7.3),compared with the A group intervention,B group and C group on HIV/AIDS(95%CI)OR values were 1.70(1.4~2.0),1.56(1.3~2.0);compared with the boys and girls of the drug awareness rate of OR(95%CI)is 1.41(1.0~1.9);compared with the A group intervention,group C OR(95%CI)a value of 1.72(1.3~2.3).Qualitative research shows that1.Students’knowledge of AIDS has been significantly improved,and we can grasp the overall knowledge of AIDS and show more tolerance towards AIDS.Impressed by the video and pictures of the late AIDS patients during the intervention,they were shocked.2.Students have improved the knowledge of new drugs.In the treatment of drug attitude,all the students say that the drug is harmful to the television and network propaganda and education,and will be resolutely resisted.3.The knowledge of the 20 middle school students interviewed was higher than the 10students interviewed,and the attitude was more serious and serious.Most of the students in the vocational school had strong vanity and strong desire for performance.Some students,because of the foundation is not solid,progress is not obvious,lack of strength,the psychological inclination is large;in order to find the psychological balance,they often look for opportunities to show themselves,and even put their thoughts in other places,more need to arouse the attention of the educators.In the future,the emphasis of warning education should be strengthened in vocational college students.Qualitative survey not only enables researchers to fully understand the effectiveness of intervention measures,but also finds reasonable or irrational points in the process of intervention design and implementation,and can also provide data support for future community based intervention projects,so special attention should be paid to it.Conclusion1.The mastery rate of AIDS/drug knowledge of middle school students in Qingdao is low.2.Of the three intervention methods,the PPT and PPT+warning health manual could improve the level of AIDS/drug awareness among middle school students,but the effect of PPT was the best.3.Middle school students have misunderstandings about drug and sexual orientation,and need to take intervention measures in time. |
