| Objective: To investigate the pathological characteristics of postoperative gross specimens of different molecular types of Zhuang and Han breast cancer and the prognosis after comprehensive treatment.Methods: A total of 407 female and breast cancer patients were divided into Luminal type A,Luminal type B,and HER-2,respectively.The expression of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67 was reported according to the pathological results of routine gross specimens.Over expression and tri-yin type,and to analyze the clinicopathological features and prognosis of breast cancer patients with different molecular types of Zhuang and Han.Results: The percentages of Luminal A,Luminal B,HER-2 overexpression and triplex breast cancer were 13.8%,52.1%,18.7%,15.4% and 15.5%,56.7%,14.1%,13.7%,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.005).The survival rate of patients with Luminal type B breast cancer was lower than that of Han nationality(P = 0.037).The local recurrence rate of Zhuang nationality Luminal type B breast cancer patients was lower than that of Han nationality(P= 0.037)Higher than the Han nationality(P = 0.035).COX multivariate analysis showed that tumor size,TNM staging,lymph node number(P less than 0.05)is also an important factor affecting the overall survival and disease-free survival of breast cancer patients.Conclusions: There was no significant difference in the distribution of Luminal type A,Luminal B type,HER-2 overexpression type and triplex type breast cancer among Zhuang and Han nationality.The survival rate of Luminal B breast cancer patients was lower than that of Han nationality,but the survival rate of Luminal B type breast cancer patients was lower than that of Han nationality,suggesting that patients with Luminal B type breast cancer recurrence compared with the Han,but the total survival time was not statistically significant;Luminal B breast cancer patients,the local recurrence rate of the Zhuang than the Han. |
