| Objective:1.The use of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry measurements Wenshan Zhuang nationality bone mineral density in the elderly population, combined with its history, investigate the incidence of Wenshan Zhuang nationality elderly population with osteoporosis.2. Determination of Wenshan Zhuang nationality osteoporosis in the elderly population serum markers of bone metabolism, understand the variation and predict the occurrence of osteoporotic fractures.Methods:The use of modern epidemiology stratified random sampling method,extraction of village each one according to the economic condition(good, medium and poor).Age≥40 years were randomly selected 124 cases of Zhuang nationality people, with 10-year-old age group as a grouping of subjects,and do bone mineral density testã€basic sign measurementsã€osteoporosis-related factors questionnaire, then choose which part of the subjects were 72 cases to detect serum VDR, BGP, NTX, CTX.The data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Wenshan Zhuang overall prevalence of osteoporosis in the elderly was 8.1 percent,6.0 percent prevalence rate among males, female prevalence was 9.5% higher in women than men, but the difference was not statistically significant.Male and female overall prevalence of osteoporosis with age is rising, menã€women of different age groups was not statistically significant prevalence, males and females in each age group prevalence of osteoporosis showed no statistical significance.2.Wenshan Zhuang men and women, bone mineral density T value with age overall downward trend, men 60 to 69 and 70 to 79 age group and other age group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), women 40 to 49 years age group and other age group difference statistically significant (P<0.05). Women in all age groups BMD T-score lower than males,60 to 69 and 70 to 79 age group of women and men in bone mineral density T-score difference was statistically significant.3.Wenshan Zhuang nationality elderly population age and maleã€female bone mineral density T values are negatively correlated (r=-0.551, P<0.01; r=-0.607, P <0.01),Hypertension and male, female bone mineral density T values are negative correlation (r=-0.387, P<0.01; r=-0.234, P<0.05), educational leveland male〠female bone mineral density T values are positively correlated (r= 0.411, P<0.01; r= 0.327, P<0.01), waist circumference and maleã€female bone mineral density T values are positively correlated (r= 0.294, P<0.05; r= 0.253, P<0.05), hip circumference and maleã€female bone mineral density T values are positively correlated (r=0.383, P <0.01), eating soy products, alcohol and male bone mineral density T values are positively correlated (r= 0.438, P<0.01; r= 0.324, P<0.05), tea and male bone mineral density T values are negative correlation (r= 0.363, P<0.01), weightã€body mass indexã€OSTA index and female bone mineral density T values are positively correlated (r= 0.656, P<0.01; r= 0.609, P<0.01; r= 0.611, P<0.01), vegetarian foodã€taking hormones〠pregnancyã€parity and female bone mineral density T values are negatively correlated (r=-0.270, P<0.05; r=-0.378, P<0.01; r=-0.365, P<0.01; r=-0.393, P<0.01). The average OSTA index is -2.279±3.9704 with osteoporosis.4.Wenshan Zhuang nationality elderly VDR level overall upward trend with age, overall fluctuated between 35.05±20.74~48.74±22.69pg/ml. Men appear BGP highest level in 50~59 years of age, was 1.86±1.52ng/ml, the highest level of female BGP 40~49 years of age, was 1.34±1.08ng/ml, followed by a slow decline.
