Study On The Literature Arrangement And Application Of TCMabdominal Therapy For Prevention And Treatment Of Infantile Rhinitis

Objective:Through to the abdomen treatment related literature research and clinical curative effect observation,to explore the traditional Chinese medicine therapy on abdominal "ridging raw gold" under the guidance of combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in them in the treatment of pediatric lung spleen-deficiency type only application in allergic rhinitis,for clinical treatment of pediatric lung spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis provide new treatment method and train of thoughtMethod:1.Literature review:Search abdomen by philology research methods and modern information technology related literature,and sum up theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in abdominal ridging raw gold therapy treatment of pediatric lung spleen-deficiency type application of allergic rhinitis.2.Clinical observation:According to this topic of diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria to choose xiamen university school of medicine,zhongshan hospital affiliated national physician arms drill branch hall in March 2017 to December 2017,see a doctor and a diagnosis of lung spleen-deficiency type of 32 children with allergic rhinitis,participate in the study of the subject.Using abdominal therapy and Chinese medicine medicinal broth intervention treatment,children with diagnosed(abdominal therapy treatments include abdominal massage,abdominal moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth choose fill in yiqi decoction)in 1 week for a period of treatment,treatment twice a week.There were 6 courses of treatment,followed up with 2 courses of treatment,and 8 courses were completed.Through observation before and after treatment with nasal symptoms,including nasal congestion,itchy,runny nose,etc.,to evaluate treatment effect after six sessions,followed up for 2 weeks after completion of treatment,observation of prognosis,and the application of statistical methods for data statistics,experimental results are obtained.Results:Through abdominal nasal symptoms improved significantly after treatment intervention,stuffy nose,nasal itching and runny nose symptoms significantly reduce,this topic in the study of 32 diagnosed with lung spleen-deficiency type in children with allergic rhinitis,two dropped out of the study,more than 30 patients after treatment,7 cases were markedly effective,effective 21 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate up to 93.3%,by statistical analysis of symptom score before and after the treatment(P<0.05),statistically significant,indicating that after treatment in children with allergic rhinitis(lung spleen-deficiency type)have obvious improvement.Conclusion:By Mr Abdomen therapy intervention in the treatment of pediatric lung spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis curative effect observation found that application of ridging raw gold within the abdomen therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine theory to guide them to only apparent relief with a stuffy nose,nasal itching,symptoms such as runny nose,reduce serum IgE levels,reducing the level of children with nasal inflammatory invading the experimental results show that the traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the prevention and treatment of abdominal pediatric lung spleen-deficiency type in the application of allergic rhinitis curative effect,worth clinical promotion.
