| Objective: Based on the teacher’s hypothesis about the microenvironment of "dredging" and "moisturizing",the effects of drugs on the symptoms and itching degree of target skin lesions were observed by quantitative grading and integration.A preliminary study on the effect of Huatuo anesthetic prescription on the symptoms of skin lesions,pruritus and its safety in chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness,and to accumulate clinical data for further study.Methods: The non random self-control study method was used and the control group: the decoction of Angelica sinensis plus and minus Compound Flumetasone Ointment,the experimental group: superimposed Hua Tuo anesthetic plus and subtraction on this basis,one week as an observation period,a total of four weeks,referring to "TCM symptom four grade scoring method","eczema severity index score" on the affected skin lesions erythema respectively.The scores of infiltration,desquamation,bryophyte and itch were recorded,and adverse drug reactions occurred after medication were recorded.Results:(1)After four weeks of treatment,the degree of decrease of skin lesions and pruritus symptoms in the two groups was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the degree of erythema,infiltration,desquamation and pruritus was lower than that in the control group.(2)Through clinical observation of 29 cases,no adverse symptoms such as allergy occurred.Conclusion:(1)Huatuo anesthetic prescription can improve the symptoms of erythema,infiltration,desquamation and pruritus in the patients with chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind-dryness.(2)The clinical curative effect and the score of skin lesion symptom in the combination of Huatuo anesthetic and subtractive prescription combined with compound flumisone were better than those in the single group.There were no adverse phenomena such as severe pruritus or aggravation of skin lesion symptoms in the course of the study,which could be used for further clinical study. |
