The Effect Of The Timing Of Cleft Palate Plasty On The Development Of Jaw And Language Ability

Objective: cleft lip and palate is one of the most common congenital malformations in the oral and maxillofacial region.It is due to incomplete fusion of the embryo,and cleft lip and palate are common in the clinic.Cleft palate can occur separately and may occur in conjunction with cleft lip because the cleft palate is not only deformed in cartilage but also accompanied by deformities and deformities of the bone tissue that may be associated with jaw development disorders.So this paper aims at the research of different ages for cleft palate repair effect on maxillary growth and development of language ability,so as to select the appropriate timing of surgery and reduce the influence of cleft palate to make some reference for clinical practice.Methods:2015 years 1 months-2017 years 1 months in patients with cleft palate surgery at Yan Cheng No.1 hospital as the research object,according to the operative age of cleft palate surgery were divided into three groups;the control group used normal male students.The controls were biologically congenital malformations or underwent other palatal surgery.The study used X ray for projection measurements.The selected measurements included 10 items.The data were compared between the experimental and control groups,and 22 of the patients undergoing surgery at different ages were compared.Results: A,B,C group and normal control group data were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the three groups of patients with SNA has significant difference with normal control group,but A,B,C of three groups of data comparison found that 22 were not statistically different between three groups of data,description of the different operation time for smaller the influence of SNA,but the operation is bound to affect SNA.For A,B,C group and normal control group data were statistically analyzed,the results showed that three groups of patients with SNB and control group had no statistically significant difference,but the operation from the numerical point of view the earlier lower values of SNB.Surgery had no significant effect on SNB.Compared with the control group,the patients of A,B and C had statistical difference,and the P<0.01 showed significant statistical difference,which indicated that the operation had a great influence on the NA-PA value of.A,B,C three group 22 comparison found that A,B,two groups were not statistically significant.ANS-Ptm said the maxillary length,A,B,C three groups of patients compared with normal control group with statistical difference,A,B,C three groups,no significant differences,indicating that the operation has a certain influence on the development of maxillary,however,found that A,B,C three groups of 22 between three groups there was no significant difference,indicating the choice of operation time will not affect the maxillary length.S-Ptm said the maxillary position,the reaction is the maxillary anteroposterior position,A,B,C three group compared with the control group,with statistical difference,A,B,C three groups of 22 had significant difference,that will affect the operation of cleft palate maxillary position,and will affect the maxillary position change the operation time of the.N-Me refers to the linear distance from the nasal spine to the submental point.A,B,C,three groups compared with the control group,the difference is statistically significant.N-ANS indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the three groups,A,B,and C,compared with the control group,indicating that the operation had an impact on N-ANS.ANS-Me indicated that the group A,B,and C had a statistically significant difference between the three groups,indicating that the operation would not result in higher changes below.Conclusion: the patients with cleft palate surgery in maxillary length,height and width and position are abnormal in different degree,but there was no difference between the height and position of the mandible showed relatively small age of surgery and older surgical maxillary height and anteroposterior position is different,but the younger group surgery operation group the speech was better than older.
