Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hp Related Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Supplementing Qi And Removing Stasis And Dredging Collaterals

Objective:The use of a randomized control method,based on the Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with standard quadruple therapy and standard quadruple therapy c ombined with Vitacoenzyme Tablets for the treatment of Hp associated chronic atrophi c gastritis(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)clinical observation and effective TCM med icine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis science.To provide a safe and reas onable scheme for the clinical treatment of Hp related chronic atrophic gastritis(Qi de ficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:Hp-related chronic atrophic gastritis patients with Qi deficiency and blo od stasis syndrome were collected.A total of 62 patients were collected in this study,in cluding 32 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group wa s treated with supplementing Buyanghuanwu decoction plus subtraction combined with quadruple therapy,and the control group was treated with Vitacoenzyme Tablets combin ed with standard quadruple therapy.After the treatment,the changes of gastroscopy,path ology and Hp were detected and recorded,and the results of the two groups were co mpared.The observation indexes of gastroscopy,pathology and safety were observed 1times before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was used by SPSS21.0 software.?~2-test was used,T-test was used for measurement data,rank data was tested by rank sum test,and P<0.05 was found to have difference between the two groups and had statistical significance.Result:In eradication of Hp,the eradication rate of Buyanghuanwu decoction plu s quadruple therapy(treatment group)was 93.75%.The eradication rate of Vitacoenzy me Tablets combined quadruple therapy(control group)was 73.33%,indicating that th e treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the tre atment group was 90.62%in the improvement of the patient’s symptoms.The total eff ective rate of the control group was 66.66%.After statistical analysis of P<0.05,the t reatment group in the improvement of TCM symptoms was obviously better than the control group.The two groups in the gastroscopic observation results indicate that the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.75%,the total efficiency of the control gro up were 80%,P<0.05;patients in the improvement of gastric mucosal inflammation,g landular atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,treatment group total effective rate was 90.62%,93.75%,72.72%,the control group were 83.33%,70%,47.36%.P<0.05,with statistic al significance.In dysplasia,the treatment group and the control group total effective rate was 66.66%,50%,P>0.05,no statistical significance.No adverse reactions were f ound in the two groups.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with quadruple therapy Hp eradi cation effect is significant in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis achieved good results,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,b ut also can improve the pathological progress.
