Study On The Protective Effect Of Huoxue Decoction On Visual Function Of Retinal Vein Occlusion After Laser Operation

Purpose:To explore the clinical effect of activating blood circulation and water therapy on visual function protection after retinal vein occlusion laser.Method:The subject of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine January2017-January 2018 in the ophthalmic treatment of retinal vein occlusion Laser Patients 46cases as the object of study,according to the random grouping method,divided into treatment group after laser surgery to promote blood circulation and water,23 cases,control group of pure retinal laser photocoagulation 23 cases,This clinical study a total of 1 sessions,observed and recorded after treatment 1 weeks,January,March two groups of patients with BCVA,and macular edema Oct value,using SPSS software to observe the observed indicators,comparative analysis,and make corresponding conclusions.Result:1.the treatment group and the control group before the treatment of age,sex,symptoms and signs were compared between groups,p>0.05,do not have the difference,no statistical significance,indicating that the first two groups are no differences,can carry out the next test.2.The average BCVA of 1 weeks after operation in two groups was lower than that before operation.Compared with preoperative(P<0.05),there were significant differences between the observed time points.3.Visual acuity improvement at each observation point was compared between the two groups(x~2=8.322,P=0.016<0.05)and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Except for 1 weeks after surgery,there was no difference.4.The comparison of the number of macular edema,the two groups of patients after treatment and preoperative comparability,of which 1 weeks after the retina thickness of the average value compared to the preoperative improvement,the rest of the average value than before the operation gradually reduced.5.In two groups,1 months,3 months after surgery,the improvement was different from preoperative contrast(P<0.05),and the effect of Huoxue Li Shui decoction group was more obvious than that in the control group.Conclusion:Retinal vein occlusion After laser surgery,the use of blood-activating herbs,improve eyesight,promote me absorption of the effect than the pure laser treatment group better.
