Retinal Laser Photocoagulation Combined Triamcinolone Curative Effect Evaluation For Treatment DME

Objective:By imaging optical coherence tomography(OCT)of panretinal photocoagulation(PRP)combined glass cavity injection of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME)curative effect.Methods:In our hospital in March2012-October2013with retinal laser photocoagulation combined glass cavity injection of of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME),macular edema cases were rerospectively analyzed.Results:(1)Vision:1week,1month,3months,6months of vision compared with medication before all have significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Intraocular pressure:1week,3months,6months compared with preoperative uniform statistical significance(P<0.05).After1week,1month,3months significantly elevated intraocular pressure,6months began to decline.(3)Concave retinal thickness macular center:1week,1month,3months,6months between difference has significant statistical significance(.P<0.05).(4)Macular volume:compared with preoperative,postoperative patients with macular area volume decreases,and the postoperative1week,1month,3months,6months compared with preoperative are statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The average macular retinal thickness:preoperative significantly lower after treatment,the preoperative and postoperative1week,1month,3months,6months between difference has significant statistical significance(P<0.05).(6)the relationship between Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and macular foveal retinal thickness,macular volume,the average retinal thickness of macular area:the BCVA respectively with concave,macular retinal thickness macular center total volume,average macular retinal thickness linear correlation analysis,have correlation.Conclusion:the joint treatment of DME method can very good reduce macular edema in short time,reduce macular center concave retinal thickness and macular volume and the average macular retinal thickness,which can improve vision.
