Study On Treatment Of Internal Hemorrhoids(the Type Of Downward Flow Of Damp-heat) With Bladed Filiform Needle And Wheat Moxibustion

ObjectiveInternal hemorrhoids(hemorrhoids)is a common clinical disease in anorectal diseases.It is characterized by falling pain,bloody stool,prolapse and so on.At present,Chinese and Western medicine treatment of internal hemorrhoids therapy is numerous,but the basic existence of tedious treatment means,the patient is difficult to adhere to,or the long term effect is not good,easy to repeat and other malpractices,which cause great trouble to the daily life of the patients.To discuss the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of "Damp heat" internal hemorrhoids were treated with the needle and moxibustion of wheat,the study aims to provide a safe and effective treatment for clinical and scientific research,MethodsIn this study,60 patients with internal hemorrhoids who met the criteria were divided into 2 groups according to the simple and single blind method.In the treatment group,the treatment group was used to cut the hemorrhoids with the bladed filiform needle with the wheat grain moxibustion hidden white and the big piers point method.The above operation was treated once a day for 7 days.The control group was treated with Ma Yinglong hemorrhoids cream,once a day and 7 days.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was recorded by using the symptom score of internal hemorrhoids(bloody stool,falling pain,prolapse,constipation,anus humid,anal itching)and anus pain(VAS).According to the evaluation standard of the curative effect,the data of SPSS20.0 statistical software were used to compare the treatment effect and difference between the two groups.Results1.Intra group comparison: after treatment,the two groups of patients with blood,prolapse and anus pain score were statistically significant(P<0.05),constipation,anus humid,anus itching and VAS score were all lower than before,suggesting that the two treatment methods can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of internal hemorrhoids.2.Comparison among groups: after treatment,there was significant difference between the three symptom scores of the symptoms of stool,prolapse and constipation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of symptom and VAS score between the three cases of anus humid,anus itching and anus falling pain(P>0.05).3.Efficacy evaluation: In the treatment group,10 patients were cured,8 were markedly effective,12 were effective,0 was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100.00%;In the control group,8 patients were cured,4 were markedly effective,10 were effective,and 8 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group.After two independent sample rank sum tests,P>0.05,there was no significant statistical difference.ConclusionBladed filiform needle with wheat grain moxibustion and Ma Yinglong Hexiang Hemorrhoids cream improved the clinical symptoms of hemorrhage in patients with bloody stool,falling pain,prolapse,constipation,anus humid,anal itching.In the three aspects of blood in the stool,prolapse,and constipation,minimal edge needle with grain moxibustion treatment method is better than Ma Yinglong Hexiang acne cream treatment.Both had effects on the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,and there was no significant difference in the overall efficacy.
