Clinical Observation Of Two Different Treatment Methods For Internal Hemorrhoids In Stage Ⅲ And Ⅳ

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of two different minimally invasive surgical methods: Internal Hemorrhoids Xiaozhiling Injection+Above Hemorrhoids Mucosal Ligation and Internal Hemorrhoid Ligation+Above Hemorrhoids Mucosal Ligation in the treatment of stage Ⅲ andⅣ hemorrhoids,and to provide reference and methods for clinical surgical treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ hemorrhoids.Methods: A total of 60 patients were enrolled according to the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the randomized controlled principle,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Internal Hemorrhoids Xiaozhiling Injection+Above Hemorrhoids Mucosal Ligation,and the control group was treated with Internal Hemorrhoid Ligation+Above Hemorrhoids Mucosal Ligation.The general data,clinical efficacy,postoperative related indicators and follow-up related indicators of the two groups were observed and compared,and the collected data were analyzed and compared by statistical software SPSS27.0,and finally conclusions were drawn.Results: During the study,3 cases dropped off,1 case dropped off in the observation group and 2 cases dropped off in the control group,and a total of 57 cases were actually studied.The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%,and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in pain score,postoperative anal bleeding,anal heaving sensation and hospitalization time at 24 h and 3d after operation(P < 0.05),observation group is better than control group.There was no significant difference in Pain score 7d after operation,urination 24 hours after operation and postoperative anal stenosis degree(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate and patient satisfaction at 6 months after operation(P >0.05).Conclusion:Internal Hemorrhoids Xiaozhiling Injection+Above Hemorrhoids Mucosal Ligation and Internal Hemorrhoid Ligation+Above Hemorrhoids Mucosal Ligation both effective in the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ internal hemorrhoids.However,Internal hemorrhoids Xiaozhiling injection+Above Hemorrhoids Mucosal Ligation can effectively reduce the incidence of anal pain,anal bleeding,postoperative anal bulge and other complications in the short term after operation,and shorten the length of hospital stay,while protecting anal function,and realize the minimally invasive surgery concept,which is worthy of clinical application.
