The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Plaster Combined With Active Immunotherapy For RSA With Blocking Antibody Deficiency

ObjectiveObserve and analyze the clinical effects and the safety of curing RSA by comparing the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine plaster which is stuck on Guanyuan acupoint combined with active immunotherapy and the treatment of simple active immunotherapy.MethodsStrictly according to standard,63 RSA patients were included,which were randomly divided into two groups: 31 cases in the treatment group,and 32 cases in the control group.The treatment group dropped 1 case,the control group dropped 2 cases,so the final result is 30 cases every group.Patients in the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plaster which is stuck on Guanyuan acupoint combined with active immunotherapy,while the control group simply used active immunotherapy.After two courses of treatment,the blocking antibody conversion rate,pregnancy success rate,TCM symptom score,efficient rate and safety were calculated and evaluated in every group.Results(1)The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group.The difference in two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The pregnancy success rate was 80% in the treatment group and 43.3% in the control group.The difference in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)It were significantly decreased(P<0.05)in the TCM symptom scores in both groups before and after treatment.And it was statistically significant in the TCM symptom scores after treatment and in the difference of comparison between groups in the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment.(4)Blocking antibody conversion rate was 80% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)In the control group,2 cases of skin adverse events occurred,but there wasn’t any symptom of blood source adverse events or abnormalities in vital signs.The occurrence rate of skin adverse events is 6.66%;by the test of chi-square,the occurrence rate of adverse events between two groups(P =0.242>0.05)was not statistically significant.ConclusionsThe treatment of traditional Chinese medicine plaster which is stuck on Guanyuan acupoint combined with active immunotherapy can improve the success rate of pregnancy,the positive rate of blocking antibody conversion and the reduction of TCM symptom scores in patients with closed antibody-deficient RSA,and use safety,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.
