Retrospective Analysis Of Hospitalized Records Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Patients With HLA-DR Antibody Negative Of Our Hospital In The Past Three Years

Objective:By retrospective analysis of medical records of Chinese medicine intervention of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with HLA-DR antibody negative, in order to provide some useful reference and help for clinical.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the complete raw data belonged to52cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with HLA-DR antibody negative through the gynecology of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from2009May to2012January who were been admitted to hospital with recurrent spontaneous abortion. to classify the patient’s general situation and treatment using Excel software, and classified according to wheher patients with active immunotherapy into inmune group(traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone and HCG. co-ordination of active immunotherapy) and non-inmune group(traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone and HCG treatment).And using the SPSS19.0Statistics package, to count and analyse with frequency analysis, t test, chi-square test, nonparametric tests of statistical methods and draw conclusions.Results:[1] The medical records were including52cases,24cases were cured after treatment.10cases markedly effect, and18cases without effect, the total efficiency is65.38%. The traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone and HCG. co-ordination of active immunotherapy of36cases.19cases were cured after treatment,7cases markedly effect, and10cases without effect, total efficiency is72.22%; traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone, HCG treatment of16cases,5cases were cured after treatment,3cases markedly effect, and8cases without effect, total efficiency is50%. The effects of two treatment there were no significant difference (P>0.05). [2] TCM syndrome of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05):two groups in improving the patients with vaginal bleeding,backache,lower abdomen pain were no statistically significant (P>0.05);two groups of TCM syndromes were no statistically significant (P>0.05).[3] This group of medical records showed that traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone and HCG. co-ordination of active immunotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine combined with progestin and HCG treatment, two groups can significantly improve P-HCG. E2level,the β-HCG, E2levels of two groups before treatment and4weeks after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05);Both can improve the P level,the P levels of two groups before treatment and4weeks after treatment were not significant (P>0.05). The β-HCG. E2and P levels of two groups compared in each week have no significant difference (P>0.05).[4] The group of medical records also showed that effects did not differ between two groups of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with HLA-DR antibody negative of different ages, different previous abortion times, spontaneous abortion times, age of gestational and TCM syndrome type.There were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Patients with different severity of effects there were significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:[1] The two treatment methods can improve the symptoms of threatened abortion with recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with HLA-DR antibody negative and P-HCG. P, E2levels, conducive to continue pregnancy, and the similar efficacy of two treatment methods.[2] Both treatments of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with HLA-DR antibody negative efficacy regardless of age, previous abortion times, spontaneous abortion times, age of gestational, TCM syndrome type,the effect is universal.The efficacy and disease severity are related.the more disease severe.the worse the effect.[3] Traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone, HCG treatment is a an safe and effective method for treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with HLA-DR antibody negative.
