The Clinical Study Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated In Weiwei Granule

Objective:To assess the comprehensive therapeutic efficacy of Weiwei Granule through observe the clinical symptom signs,endoscopic gastric mucosa signs and pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis patients。To confirm the effect of Weiwei Granule on the NF-κB signaling pathway through detected the expression levels of NF-κB and I Κ B α in gastric mucosa,and provide the clinical and experimental effidence for the clinical application of Weiwei Granule。Methods:According to the chronic atrophic gastritis diagnostic criteria in《chronic gastritis consensus opinion of China》of 2012,60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients which were screened by the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomized into Weiwei Granule group and Weimeisu group,30 casas in Weiwei Granule group treated with Weiwei Granule group alone,20g each time and twice per day;30 cases in Weimeisu group treated with Weimeisu alone.4 tablets each time and three times per day,each group with 3 months as a therapeutic session.And after one session,the clinical symptom signs,gastroscope signs and pathological changes of gastric mucosa were compared and the comprehensive effects were assessed.At the same time,the expression of NF-κ B and I κ B α in patients’ gastric mucosa were detected by the method of immunohistochemical analysis to comfirm the effect of Weiwei Granule on NF-κB signaling pathway in chronic atrophic gastritis patients’ gastric mucosa.Results:After treatment,the comprehensive effective rate in the Weiwei Granule group was 86.20%,which was higher than that of 76.67%in the Weimeisu group,and the difference between two geoups has statistical significance(P<0.05).the situations of gastroscope signs and pathological changes of gastric mucosa in two group were both improved after therapeutic session,while inprovement in Weiwei Granule was more significantt than those in the Weimeisu group(P<0.01).And after the Treatment,the expression of NF-κ B were both decreased in tow group,the expression of I κ B a were both increased,while,the result of Weiwei Granule group is better than the Weimeisu group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Weiwei granule can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic atrophicgastritis patients,and its clinical effect is better than Weimeisu.Weiwei granule have obvious effect on gastric mucosal inflammation,gland atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of CAG patient,and it can observably improve the gastroscope signs and pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis patient.Weiwei granule can increase the expression of I κ B a and prevent the releasement of NF-κ B into cell nucleus,inhibit the NF-κ B signaling pathway,thus to block the malignant transformation of gastric mucosa.Weiwei Granule can be effectively applied in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which is applicable and feasible,thus it is worthy of being further popularized in clinic.
