The Clinical Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qingfei Peiyuan Granules To Treat AIDS Pulmonary Infection(Phlegm Heat Obstructive Pulmonary Syndrome)

Objective: To Observed the Qing Fei Pei Yuan combined western medical therapy of HIV/AIDS lung infection with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome with purely western medicine.and to explore the applicational value of the method of Qingfei Peiyuan on the treatment of HIV/AIDS lung infection with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,provide a certain clinical basis for the promotion of the method.Methods:The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the 1:1 ratio.The control group of 36 cases,with pure Western medicine,Treatment group,36 cases were given Qing Fei Pei Yuan granules and Western medicine.14 days treatment,observation of two groups of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,serum counting CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-8、TNF-α,By comparing two groups of curative effect,evaluation of the method of HIV/AIDS lung infection with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome indicates the validity and security of the lung syndrome.Results:(1)Comparison of disease efficacy: there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05).(2)Comparison of total symptom score: the treatment group symptoms before treatment to the total score of 46.26 ±24.34,15.94 ±11.88 after treatment,the control group before treatment symptoms total score was 54.58 ±32.69,28.72 ± 21.8 after treatment,two groups of symptoms total credit loss was statistically significant(P < 0.05),treatment group was superior to control group;(3)comparison of single symptom score: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving chest tightness and chest pain(P < 0.05),and the score was reduced in the improvement of cough and expectoration(P>0.05);(4)Laboratory examination: There was significant difference in CD4+ count before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment of CD4+ count(P> 0.05).there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment of CD8+ count(P > 0.05);Comparison of CD4+/CD8+ : there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(5)The content of TNF-a: the content of TNF-a before treatment was 269.2±54.59 pg/m L,after treatment was 200.79±67.32 pg/m L in treatment group.The control group of TNF-a before treatment was 235.62±47.58 pg/m L,after treatment was230.01±76.63pg/m L.The levels of TNF-a in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-a in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),The difference of TNF-a content between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The content of IL-8: it was 11.2±42.35pg/m L before treatment,9.23±32.55 pg/m L after treatment in the treatment group,and it was6.09±6.51pg/m L before treatment,6.09±6.51 pg/m L after treatment in the control group.The level of IL-8 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The method of Qingfei Peiyuan can significantly improve HIV/AIDS lung infection with Cough,phlegm,chest tightness,chest pain.and other symptoms and signs,Improving the quality of life of patients with HIV/AIDS.2.The method of Qingfei Peiyuan can regulate the immune function of patients with pulmonary infection by adjusting the content of TNF-α and IL-8.3.Qing Fei Pei Yuan granules were safe and reliable without significant adverse reactions and side effects during clinical trials.
